I made a online purchase and have yet to recieve my package, nor have I been notified if my order has even been processed.
On December fifth I made a online purchase from this website and recieved a confirmation email stating I would be contacted in 2-3 buisness days letting me know my order was processes. It has been 8 days since that email and I have already send 3 emails to their customer support line and have yet to get a reply from them. Also, my bank account was charged the day after I made the online purchase.

Scam. Never shipped order and won't reply to email or social media.

Ordered the 4th, and live in the same state as the company and still nothing. Company will not respond on social media or via email yet I see their sponsored content all day long. Don't be fooled. It's a SCAM!

Placed order Dec 2. Emailed inquiring about order when time exceeded what they claim processing takes and they said they were out of stock and I will receive a tracking number when they get in . Then gave me a code that doesn't even work for future purchases. When I asked about that I haven't heard from them . It's been almost 2 weeks and it was supposed to take 8 days max

Ordered at the beginning of December & received the email the order is processing, payment already posted, I've sent 3 emails & nothing yet. Was going to be a christmas gift to someone!

I ordered three of their products which I was supposed to receive over two weeks ago. Still nothing. No email returns after the countless amount I've sent, no contact number listed either. Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this company. People ive talked to have had the same issues and also claimed when finally receiving their products they were nothing like what they advertise.

I bought a Galaxy enchanted rose over a week ago, paid for rush processing, and have yet to receive any tracking information on my package.

I ordered my item over a week ago and still haven't received any tracking info for my order. This company a SCAM!!! I've sent two emails regarding my order and of course they haven't responded All I got was just an automated email saying that they are '"looking into" my case. Anyone who's considering ordering anything from this website, please don't. Some people claim the product the received was very cheap and not at all what they advertise, but most people don't receive anything at all! DO NOT ORDER FROM DOSE OF ROSES!!!

My boyfriend ordered the galaxy rose and you can still see the glue on it. SO cheaply made and horrible customer service! He deserves a refund because what he received was NOT like what was pictured in the images.

The products described are not what you receive. Everything about the sale was deceptive and once I received a far cheaper product than I had paid for (even after it was on sale) I wanted a refund. There are absolutely no refunds given under any circumstances. Even if you have the product, undamaged, and receipts, and pay for the return shipping, you *** only receive store credit. This company is being manipulative and has poor quality and morals. They should be put out of business. Please do not buy from them, you *** regret it, and it *** be a poor use of your money.

Bought the 24 karat galaxy rose for my wife for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The thing is plastic...I paid $50 for a plastic rose this would be fine if it did not also look cheap and poorly made. the good reviews on here are fake these people probably work for this business and were paid to make them no person that buys this is going to say these kinds of things. I could care less about my delivery time if the product is ***.

My sweet husband surprised me with a "rose teddy bear". Shocked is an understatement. Cheap, sleazy, and downright ugly. No real roses, no rose scent..... hideous. I looked the company up..... It's exactly like the teddy bear:/ Save your money...... Disgusting.

Has been well over a week have not received any information on item. Have emailed them 3 to 4 times with mo response to a single email.
I purchased item on 11/29/2019. Have not recovered any info or email back and it is 12/12/2019. Payment method was a debit card. Order number

Hello, over two weeks ago I placed an order that was supposed to be shipped and delivered within 2 to 7 business days. To date I still have not received my order nor any communication from them. I have sent multiple emails to their support email which guarantees it will be answered within 24 hours, these have all been ignored and none have been responded to.

Well it appears that I, like many may have fallen for a scam. Placed my order about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing since. Even tried reaching out to them and got nothing.

So far I am very disappointed No update and I paid for fast delivery no product or response to my email.12 days to Christmas and my special gift is in limbo . Starting to think this is a scam.

this company is fast to spam you with text messages and emails wanting your money for a product but never will respond back with any kind of updates you as the consumer are left hanging in limbo
stay clear of companies that do not have proper communication channels
its been a week and order is still just confirmed not even shipped

I think I just got scammed. Ordered a week ago and now no response to my inquiry. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. AND definitely spreading the word for all to beware!

I ordered, they took my money and never sent me anything. Will not respond to inquiries.
I ordered on November 30th with a 5 to 7 day delivery. On December 7th I contacted them in regards to my order and received nothing back. I again contacted on December 11th and to date no response. I never receive anything beyond my order confirmation from them. Never even got a shipping notice NOTHING AT ALL.
