Placed an order, failed to deliver, won't reply
On 28 Nov 2019, I placed an order with DoseOfRoses *** I paid for rush handling. Received an email thanking me for my order and that a notice would be forthcoming regarding the sending of the product. 4 days passed and I hadn't heard anything. So I sent an email to their customer service. They apologized and gave me a discount code to use later but they didn't know when they would be getting the product in. A few days later, I inquire again as to the status, and get back basically the same answer. This morning I ask for a refund, as it has been nearly 2 weeks (not exactly "rush"), and I hear nothing from them. I try to contact them on facebook, and they delete post, and ignore my private message.
I feel they are a scam site. If they aren't, then they should refund my money.
I would like a refund.

We have both tried to reach out by email, phone, their website and Instagram with no response. I believe we have been scammed.
We simply want what we paid for. And a refund for the rush shipping would be nice since 3 weeks is NOT a rush.
- We are unable to locate an order with the email address the customer has provided. In order to locate an order in our system, we either need the order number, email used on file for the order, or we can conduct an in-depth search if the customer provides the last four digits of their credit card used on file for the order with the complete name on the card used
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
We FINALLY received our product on Christmas Eve.
I have purchased $60 in product from this seller on Black Friday. There's been no correspondence or reply to my inquiry about the purchase since then.
My purchase order number is *** I purchased two items from them during their Black Friday sale equal to about $60 payment, with my credit card. I received an email confirmation on the order which stated shipping would occur within 1-2 business days and would take 1-7 business days to receive my order. It has been over 3 weeks at this point and I've received nothing. I have tried their Facebook messenger, Instagram, email and support/customer service line multiple times and reached no one. I've been attempting to reach a rep from the company for 1 week now without success. I called and messaged during what would be considered normal business hours on the west coast and no one answers.
I would like the business to reply and actually send me the products purchased, expedited shipping so I receive them by Christmas as they were meant as a gift.

During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to Black Friday and the incoming Christmas season, resulting in a delay in processing and shipping time. The order was shipped on January 2,2020 and delivered January 10,2020, by UPS. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. Since we did not fulfill our policy of three-day processing, a partial refund has been issued for the shipping cost. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.
I placed my order 12/1/19 and still NO email with shipping info or tracking # I've sent several emails and left voice messages no response. I will be very upset if I do not get my purchase, that my son wanted to give to his girlfriend for Christmas.
I also paid more that another competitor had advertise.

I ordered two of the enchanted led rose and they told me it would ship 1-5 business days.. I even paid for rush processing and shipping... here almost two weeks later, I haven't even got a tracking number as to it not shipping yet. I paid $89... I made multiple attempts to contact them. they definitely scammed me
Won't answer emails or ship out my order for an item that was purchased on the 5TH of this month. I have already emailed their customer support but received no response and no update; they seem to like ignoring the requests for tracking/shipping information from the people who pay good money, PLUS high shipping costs for 1-3 day deliveries, for their higher priced items. It's been a week now and no kind of update or response at all, even though I have sent them a facebook message and have been waiting for a response (their messenger says that they typically respond immediately) but yet I have been waiting for a response for 12 hours now. A seriously shady company! I will wait for a response for a couple more days; however, if given no response to my email or direct messages, I will be disputing the charge on my card!

Order placed on November 30th just a order confirmation. They've already taken the money out of my bank. I sent an e mail on December the 9th to ask where my rose is at. still no response. I'm totally upset at this purchase and will never buy from them again. Hoping that I eventually get what I've already paid for.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order a week ago with 1 day shipping. The order "shipped" the next day but all it was, was them creating a shipping label. No response from the company since in regards to the status of my order. Do NOT waste your money with this company.

Enchanted Rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders for the
Christmas holiday which caused a delay in the processing of orders. The order was
shipped on December 18, 2019, and delivered on December 28, 2019, by USPS. A
partial refund on the order in regard to the shipping cost has been issued since we did
not fulfill the three day processing period. The customer's request for a full refund cannot
be granted per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" which states full refunds
to original forms of payment are not issued. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses
Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our complete Terms and
Conditions.
I purchased the Galaxy Rose for 54.94. They sent a confirmation email but have got no response since then.
I placed an order on 12/5/19. At that time I got an email stating they have confirmed my order and in 1-2 business days I would receive confirmation that my order has shipped. I have emailed multiple times for an update and got no response from anyone.

Because I am not Intrested in a company who handles there business this way

Their website stated shipment within 1-3 days there was no notice of delays due to the holiday posted. It was written in ad and on product site that it would be in time for Christmas. I attempted numerous contact attempts with no response over a month.
Their response claims it was shipped Dec 13th but ups says it wasn't giving to ups until January 13th.
