- The order in the question was placed on December 2,2019, for the enchanted galaxy rose. The customer claims it was never sent out and would like a full refund. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders due to the incoming Christmas season. The order was delayed and shipped out on December 13,2019 and delivered on december 24,2019. Because the order was shipped late we refunded them on december 17,2019 and still shipped the order.

I seek an expedited order delivery of contracted (purchased) item or full refund.
The order in the question was placed on December 4,2019, for the Enchanted Galaxy rose. During this time, we experienced a high influx of orders for the incoming Christmas season, resulting in the delay of processing and shipping. The order was shipped on December 13,2019, and delivered on December 23,2019, by USPS. Since we did not fulfill our three day processing period, we have issued the customer a refund for the shipping cost. We are unable to refund the customer the total amount of the order since we do not cancel orders once they have been placed per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges". By placing an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.
What they advertise isn't what we as customers get. They charge an unreasonable price for a cheap alternative.
They say and I quote from their website "The process by which our roses are crafted is very unique! First, we take the roses that are grown from our farms in Ecuador and use a special technique that freezes them and make them into molds. We then use the frozen moldings as a model to replicate thousands of unique Galaxy Roses that live forever.
Finally, we coat each of them in 24K Gold and then we cover them in an iridescent holographic coating to make the rose and petals sparkle in the light. Then we hand place each iridescent holographic coated petal which makes the roses look so eye-catching!
Each rose is one of a kind and made to last a lifetime so your loved one will be reminded every single day just how much they mean to you!" but what I got was a cheap plastic rose that's not what they said I would get.
I would like a full refund for false advertising. It's not a real rose, it's pure plastic

The customer would like a full refund, The order was shipped on June 25,2019. We are unable to verify the delivery. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. I love the fact that the roses I get could last up to 5 years, how good an investment could that be? The customer staff here are very professional too.
Placed my order last month. I've tried to contact them 3 times to figure out why my order still has not shipped and I am getting no answers as to what is going on. It's a christmas gift for my wife and now I'm upset it prolly won't get here in time, if at all.
I honestly think this site is a scam.. Placed my order on 11/27/2019 and already made 2 payments and I'm yet to receive any info as to where my package is .. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again. So disappointed..

I order 4 galaxy roses, then decided to order 1 more later on in a separate order a week ago. I immediately got a tracking number for the 1 (but it still has yet to reach it to their local UPS). I've tried to email multiple times concerned if my larger order is being worked on and at first all I was getting back were what seemed to be automated responses and now I'm getting nothing back. I found a phone number on my back statement, called it and they were "helping other customers" which I'm sure no one ever has or ever will answer that phone number. I wish it weren't true but I really think this company is a scam.. had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
I spent over $200 on a dozen galaxy roses and an enchanted galaxy rose on December 2nd 2019... I immediately received my confirmation email with an order number, but zero follow through on either fulfilling my order or shipping my order. I made an inquiry via their "customer support" page a week later on December 9th regarding where my tracking information was and when I would likely receive my shipment (crickets) fast fwd 2 days later to today, December 11th I followed up AGAIN and still nothing. I will most certainly be disputing charges with my credit card carrier for this b
t the company is a scam to rip you off and their "customer support" page is just digital trashcan where your inquiries will go completely ignored and unanswered.
Complete scam. Over charge for PLASTIC but it was my birthday so we tried to splurge on the enchanted led galaxy rose and never recieved it. No tracking numbers. No phone number. No customer service. Emails get no response. Looked it up to see if anyone had trouble recieving their orders and turns out it's a scam! If you do receive it, it's a cheap plastic flower with dollar store string lights and you still receive it months late. Already disputing this with my card company hope they are happy they ruined my birthday.
Same issues as current reviews. Ordered November 30th and is currently December 11th. Have not received a single response to an email nor have I received any shipping information. Paid for "express" shipping. Would gladly give 5 stars if I could get a response and my order.
Total scam.... I ordered a galaxy rose paid for expedited shipping and never received product. Really terrible customer service and Can not get in touch with anyone and ruined a holiday gift for a loved one.

As others have said, Dose of Roses refuses to respond to my emails or texts over Facebook Messenger about the fact that I paid for rush processing (within 24 hrs of order) and the item shipped 5 days later. All I want is the processing fee refunded. Zero response. I will continue to comment my frustrations over every sponsored ad I see of theirs.
I ordered a rose bear from them on Friday December 6th and still have yet to receive my product or an email confirming the order is ready.
I ordered one of the blue rose bears from Dose of Roses on Friday, December 6th 2019. My order number *** I paid for the 3 day shipping and was told I'd receive an email confirming the purchase and another email confirming that the order was ready. I received an email confirming the purchase the same day and the money was taken from my Visa card in the amount of $74.41. I've sent two emails to their support email address about not receiving an email about the readiness of my order; one on Tuesday, December 10th and one today, Wednesday, December 11th 2019. I have still yet to hear back from them, I have still yet to receive an email about my order readiness and have still yet to receive my item that I purchased.

I reached out to their customer service several times in the past few days (here are the service request ***) and I have yet to hear any information from them regarding the status of my order. chargeback with their bank for the Prismatic Galaxy Arrangement, which resulted in the
item being canceled. We cannot grant the customer a full refund since we do not offer
that option under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. Since we did not fulfill our three
day processing period, we have issued a refund for the shipping cost.

On December 3rd, I placed an order for $37.46 for a Galaxy Rose. I got an email stating the order has been received. The email states the orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process + transit time (typically between 1-5 business days). I have emailed the company and even attempted to reach them via phone to discuss my order and to find out where the item is as I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I am unable to reach anyone after MULTIPLE attempts.
I wish for a refund of the order amount to be placed back on my card. I don't even want the item now

They shipped it sfter I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com. Prior to this, NO communication to me explaining ANYTHING! Nor did they update their website advising that due to high demand, their would be a dealy in shipping. It advised 1-2 business days processing then 1-5 business days for shipping. Instead of a refund, they offered me a credit to their site which I declined. Why would I want a cresit from a company that doesn't respond to customers via email or even Facebook to their inquiries along with MULTIPLE negative reviews to being a scam. I want my refund and will not accept anything else. Furthermore I did NOT accept the item, I had it returned

I responded to the company I didn't want the store credit but a full refund. Why would I want a store credit from a company that didn't honor their delivery times. I recieved no response and no refund.

Resulting in a late delivery. We are terribly sorry for the shipment delay. We are able to provide store credit for a future purchase but can not process a refund to the original form of payment.
