Product promised never received. Not responding to emails or calls.
Order ***, Galaxy Enchanted Rose x1 with Rush Processing, total 56.89. Never received, no tracking number, order still in "order received" state.

This place is a complete scam they let you order your items then when you email them because you can't call them about a tracking they tell you that the item is not in stock. It makes no sense to email them back because they do not response after that. I ordered my package I ordered my package for cyber Monday still haven't received a tracking number or shipping info after several attempts to contact them I ended up calling my bank

I placed an order from them and haven't heard from them since. I've sent many emails but no true response. Take this website down. Please
Order number *** payed $42.46 for a galaxy rose. I payed with my credit card. I purchased the 29 of November and asked for a shipping label Thursday the 5th of December which would be 5 business days for it to be shipped and I haven't received any confirmation that my order has been shipped.

I like everything about Dose of Roses, from their roses to their services. I can always rely on their word that they'll deliver as promised.

It's been almost 2 full weeks since I've ordered something and Ive received nothing but an order number, I can't get anybody to respond to sending me a tracking number or even just a general response. There is also fake reviews everywhere. This was supposed to be a birthday present and it estimates 1-5 business days. It's past that already, it wasn't delivered for the birthday and I still can't get a general response. But they sure as *** take your money lol. Bunch of *** I'm disputing the charge through my bank if I don't recieve a reply today.

I placed an order for 2 galaxy roses and the enchanted rose... After 5 days with no response (ETA or even a tracking number) I have began the process of canceling my order. I did pay with amazon pay so I had to get them involved. This business appears to be a scam and should warrant further investigation

Scam dont use them. They take your money and send nothing. 2 weeks nothing. Contacted customer service 3 days ago still no response. Thieves and conartists. Even the reviews here that are 5 stars are them. They are the only ones the company responds to.

Called to get update on order, lady I spoke to on the phone informed me that dose of Rose's is a scam company using only Rose's phone number. Just beware

I am always amazed at how fast the transactions and deliveries are with dose of rose. No delays or mixed ups in the orders that I send. So cool.

Placed a order over a week ago, cannot get any details about my items they still haven't shipped and they refuse to email me back about my refund.
I placed a order over a week ago for a galaxy rose and it was over 50 dollars and it still hasn't shipped I even paid for rushed processing, I just want my money back at this point. They refuse to email me back I've sent over 5 emails and left multiple voicemails and nothing!

It's amazing how the good reviews are left on the same day and/or close to the same day. Yet this company has an F rating? I placed an order and received the order email but nothing else. I ordered a Galaxy Rose and never got it nor did I receive any other updates about it. Cannot get in contact with the company nor can I get any refund. I lost money and would love to get it back though I know I will not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

All these reviews are fake. Ordered 7 days ago. Still no shipping or tracking info. Just got an automated message saying what I ordered was out of stock, even though it wasnt, and still says it's in stock on the website. Complete scam

HORRIBLE! Products look NOTHING like the pictures or match the descriptions. Order these and rec them with not invoice or shipping return label. Asked for a refund and was told 3-5 business days. Then when I wrote a bad review on their site (which wasn't posted bc it wasn't a 4 or 5 star) she emails me saying I'll get store credit. As if I want to purchase more garbage and cheap quality from their site. No where does it say returns will be store credit and if it does it is NOT TRANSPARENT, nor did she (Emily) mention that in the first email. Transparency is key in providing excellent customer service and experience. Learn some. BEWARE consumers! Not to mention my store credit was less than purchase price meaning they took money off for God knows what.

Won't answer emails or ship out my order for an item that was placed 35% off 2 days after purchase. Already upset I missed the sale but no response and no update when I paid for 1 business day processing time and ups ground shipping. It's been 4 business days now and no kind of update or response at all. Shady company if one more day goes by I'm going to dispute the charge on my card

I bought a beautiful rose from the website and they will respond to me give a refund or tell me where my package is the tracking said it would be here
Is a led Galaxy rose I bought it on Nov 23rd and it's still not here the tracking number says it's on a truck 20 mins from me it's been the truck for 3 days in the same spot

I give dose of roses a solid 5 over 5 just for their outstanding delivery service. I don't know any other shop that delivers consistently on time.
