I ordered from dose of roses different types of bouquet on different days and I received them just alright. I received them exactly when their respective dates are due. There was no mix up or lost item nor any other inconvenience that usually happens with online shops.

Haven't received my order. Company isnt responding to my requests.
I ordered over a week ago on 11/14/2019. I received a confirmation email in my order but still have yet t receive my order. I have not gotten a shipping enial stating that it has shipped, even when they say that it would ship within 1-2 business days. I tried emailing the support email to inquire about my order and I haven't received a response. My order number is ***. My total was 61.66. Its was an enchanted led rose galaxy addition.
