Worst company ive ever dealt with paid 56$ for over night shipping the product arrived a week later I tried to call them to speak with someone and they only have an answering machine that does not take messages I left several emails and no response from yet goin on 5 days lol and the product they sent me was complete garbage for what I paid a total of 177$ and def not what I wanted

I ordered two GLASS roses and received two PLASTIC roses. I contacted the seller for a refund and a return. The box isn't even labeled correctly. It says Beverly Hilis but everything else says Beverly Hills. What kind of rip off.

Company claims to sell genuine gold dipped item, however said item is nothing but plastic. Company intentionally misleads the buyer.
I purchased a product on the month of September of this year from this company. The product is a "galaxy rose" that is claimed to be molded from Ecuadorian frozen roses which are then molded into an unknown material & then dipped in 24 K gold. When the product arrived, the "rose" was nothing more than a simple plastic rose with gold spray paint that has a "24 K" stamp on the stem, something you find in a dollar store. I payed $19.95 + shipping with a *** & upon seeing other websites that sell the rose for very less, I was overcharged for an item that: 1) was described drastically different than what they sell & 2) Something that is not worth said amount.

Great online shop with fantastic deals, the prices for every rose is worth the investment. They're too beautiful to ignore and not buy. I'm happy I took my chance.

I ordered a single galaxy rose for my girlfriend. The package was damaged when it arrived at her house and UPS would not let her accept. As bad as this may seem, the worst part is they have not responded to any of my emails in over 4 days. Their website says they respond every 24-48 hours, but this is not the case. If you want to waste money, then buy a rose from Doses of Roses. This company is garbage
