The galaxy roses that I bought here at dose of roses are so delightful and enchanting, they brighten up my day. I'll be coming back for more bouquets, keep the good stuff coming.
Paid over $100 for cheap dollar store quality roses. Website makes it seem like a high quality product but after receiving it, I might have paid $20 for a dozen of these.. Wish I could get some of my money back. Website says roses are professionally made and have 24k gold stems... These things are made out of scrap plastic.. They are not worth $120 for a dozen, or worth $20 for a single. Looks like these "roses" cost about $1.50 to make.
Buyer beware! First order never arrived, was issued store credit to repurchase another bear and the one that finally arrived isn't the one that I purchased. Now no one will respond to me on how to exchange it for what I originally ordered. Such a waste of a beautiful(potentially) product. Wouldn't know as I'm done. Best of luck to ya Dose.
My package was severely damaged and I have emailed them about a refund or exchange 5 times in about 2 weeks and have heard nothing.
My package was delivered severely damaged and was noted by my ups driver. I had to sign for it and was told to contact the business about an exchange so I did that right away. It's been two weeks and I've sent 5 emails and heard nothing back. On their website it states to let them know right away about damaged deliveries for an exchange and that's what I've done. This was supposed to be a gift and I can't give this away as damaged as it is. This business has items that would only be a gift for somebody and doesn't seem to care about the customer at all. I will also say that the item bought was nothing like the website shows and is very poorly put together and falsely advertised. I wish I did my research on this place because after looking into them I'm not the only one they have ripped off and ignored
All I wanted was the item I ordered to be replaced by one that isn't damaged but now I just want my money back
The order in the question was placed on October 17,2019, for the enchanted galaxy rose and a Medium Black Rose Bear . The customer had reached out to our customer service stating the bear was damaged. We reached back out asking him if he would like us to send a replacement. We have not heard back.
When I initially placed the order I was super excited it was suppose to be a gift for my wife. Unfortunately I only received part of my order. I emailed customer service and I was pleasantly surprised I stayed in communication with customer service and I did recieve a refund for the item that was never delivered. It was unfortunate that I never received the item but I do appreciate the companies willingness to make it right by giving me a refund.
No product. Scam. Their customer service is non-existing and the tracking number is bogus.
I waited 3 weeks for my single Galaxy Rose. The shipping tracking # given was bogus, it never updated status. I reached out to customer service a couple of times and never got a response. I called up my credit card and reported the company and got my $$ back.
The new additions to the collection look so captivating. Great services and quality roses, too. I love it here.
This is a scam, I bought one and it never arrived. It has been 4 weeks. There is no customer service number, only a support email that never responds. I asked for a refund and never received a refund (or a response of any kind). The reviews are fake (All the reviews are 5 stars, and my 1 star review was nowhere to be seen) and the whole website is set up so that it appears that they're about to run out. They even have pop up messages that supposedly indicate when someone has bought one of these things. If you google this company, there are dozens, if not hundreds of reviews that indicate this whole thing is a scam. They even sent me a fake tracking number that, surprise, didn't work.
I paid for an order on October 6th and the only info I receive is I paid, order is unfulfilled it's been weeks, daily complaints, with no prevail
I paid for a gold plated rose and it's base, glass feature, package deal. There print says 5-10 business days. Well I've messaged, emailed, Facebooked to get an up date and they won't respond at all. Email responses with a reference number saying my complaint is being investigated is not conclusive for me. I need what I paid for. They can't even give me a tracking number so they haven't even began shipping. This is disrespectful, agonizing and poor business.
My shipment of the order to where I ordered it to be delivered. Or exactly what I ordered, and it being shipped plus a $49.99 voucher for more merchandise from them.
- The order in the question was placed on October 6, 2019, the customer ordered Enchanted Rose Gold. During this time, we experienced high demand for this item. We weren't able to fulfill the customers wishes. On October 24,2019 we sent them a full refund for their order.
Order taken nearly a month to fulfill, with virtually no response. Yesterday they ask me for very personal information or they will not fulfill order.
On September 26, 2019, I spent $102.94 ordering from Dose of Roses (DOR). The website says that it takes 3-10 business days for delivery if you live within the US.
On October 1, I had not received my product. I wrote an email requesting additional information because I had not heard anything. On October 2, DOR responded "our supplier was late last week with delivery" but assured me it would be delivered promptly.
I sent additional emails on October 6, 9, 14, 16 and 18, all which received NO RESPONSE. There is also no available contact phone number online. Meanwhile, during this entire time, I am receiving dally advertisement emails trying to sell me MORE products from DOR, yet they can't fulfill or even respond to my original order.
Then, on October 21, I receive an email from DOR, stating that "fraud analysis" thinks there might be fraud with my order. They wait almost a month to allege this excuse. Also, my credit card is working perfectly fine. I have no fraud alert from Capital One. Plus the email includes an absurd request of very personal information: they want a photo of my ID, photo of my billing statement, and a photo of my credit card.
I feel very uncomfortable sending this information to some scam company that can't even fulfill an order and has no phone number listed. Second, is this just a delay tactic because they can't fulfill orders? Does this company really think they have a better fraud alert system than major credit card companies? My credit card is working just fine. How many people have they tried to use this excuse with?
Someone needs to get to the bottom of this. What is going on here? Why can't the company give me a genuine response? Why is there no phone number listed? How can the company afford to send daily ads for new products, but not take care of original orders? Is this a scam tactic to come up with an excuse for why they can't fulfill the order? Is the company even legitimate? Or are they just requesting personal information for a scam? If it is not a scam, how long will it take them to deliver my order?
First I want to speak with someone at the company and have a real conversation. Second, I want to know when my product will be delivered. Third, I want it delivered NOW. It is long overdue and was for a special occasion (anniversary) that has since passed. Fourth I want an apology. Finally I would like store credit or something to make up for this. They completely ruined my anniversary surprise and have been extremely rude and unprofessional in their handling of this. But most importantly, I just want my order delivered!!!!

No customer service and terrible quality.
I ordered two roses on a Saturday. They messed up the address to ship it to so I immediately emailed the support from the website. I received no response. Emailed them again on Wednesday and received no response. I looked them up on *** and sent a message and received no response. I was looking for a number to contact and came across the ratings on here and they were terrible. I emailed the support email again on Thursday and never got a response. I came home to find a package in the mailbox with the roses and they were cheap looking and made of plastic!! I am requesting a refund and sending them back. Never received even a confirmation email that I was supposed to receive. When I checked out it said you will receive a confirmation email, never did! No customer service and poor quality. Rip off! They say you can only get a store credit for returns. I am sending them back and requesting a full refund on the payment method I used.
I just want a refund from my original payment method.
