The "beautiful golden galaxy rose gift that can last for eternity" is a plastic cheap trick of a toy that they're avoiding refunding me for.
I originally ordered a galaxy rose on October 9th, 2019 - After delivery, I realized that all of their marketing was touched up and fluffed up to make this item seem like it wasn't a glued together plastic pos. My product came scratched and bent and so I decided immediately to get a refund. I've since asked for my money back, through email and their onsite refund paths. I've received nothing but automated emails back in return and it's now been over a week.
After peering into their refund "policy" on their site, there's a super convenient line that says, "Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded." .. How interesting that their entire site is always experiencing discounts and promotions..
This is the most unprofessional stuff I ever seen. I've received a damaged product which was falsely represented (calling it dipped in real 24K gold, and that it will last forever) with photoshop and artsy touchups in the promo vids, etc.. Can someone who monitors the phone or email or any of these sites that have remarkable amounts of customers claiming fraudulent operations, etc.. respond ASAP! ITS FRAUD, MISLEADING, AND RIDICULOUS YOU'VE SET UP A SYSTEM WHERE PEOPLE CAN'T RETURN PURCHASES. OBVIOUSLY PLS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!

Give me a full refund for my purchase.

The order in question was placed on October 9, 2019, for our single Galaxy Rose. The
customer claims that the item was damaged and returned it to our warehouse. A
customer service representative verified the item's return to our warehouse via email and
issued store credit for the item. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" we
do not offer refunds to original forms of payment, rather store credit, is to be issued when
an item is returned to us. Therefore, we are unable to issue a full refund to the customer.
By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all
policies and our Terms and Conditions.

I don't think my Galaxy Rose is a real 24k gold-plated rose. I think it's just plastic.

I purchased a dozen Galaxy Roses off of "Dose-of-Roses". I still have not got my package after a month and a half.
I was on *** and an advertisement for there company came up and I seen the galaxy rose. So I thought that would be a great gift for my girlfriend. After purchasing the product. They told me it would be about 5-7 business days. So I thought okay that's not too bad. After about 10 days I emailed the company twice and they said that it takes a while to process so I said alright. After a month I emailed them again and I haven't gotten anything back from them.

Desired Outcome

I either want the roses within the next 5-7 business days or I want my money back.

- The customer placed an order on September 25, 2019, for our product of the Dozen Galaxy Roses. After investigation, it appears the order was lost in transit. Per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges" we do not cancel orders at any time once they have been placed. If a problem presents itself with an ongoing order regarding processing and shipping, customers are provided the options between receiving a reshipment of the item or store credit. By placing an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions

These items are 100% misrepresented from what is described on the Dose of Roses website.
This item is not at all as described on the product page. The product page states "The process by which our roses are crafted is very unique! First, we take the roses that are grown from our various farms and use a special technique that freezes them. We then use the frozen moldings as a model. Then we coat the stems in *** gold, then we hand place each iridescent holographic coated petal which makes the roses look so eye-catching"

The product I received is made completely of plastic, and looks nothing like a real rose. You can see the lines from the plastic mold for making the stem. There is a strange bump at the bottom of the plastic stem. Also when the petals were glued to the stem glue got on the petals. No effort was made to hide the metal screw used to attach the petals to the top of the rose.

Also some of the petals are bent due to the way the roses were sitting in the box when shipped

These roses look nothing like the photos posted on the website. These items are 100% misrepresented from what is described on the Dose of Roses website.

Desired Outcome

I would like to request a full refund including shipping.

The order in the question was placed on October 11,2019, for the timeless galaxy rose. The item was shipped and delivered within a timely manner. The order was shipped on October 11,2019 and delivered on october 15,2019. The customer states they were not satisfied with the galaxy rose and would like a full refund. We cannot fulfill the customer's request for a full refund to the original form of payment since it is not within our policy to grant such a request for an item that was ordered, delivered, and received by the customer. The customer will receive a refund through the form of store credit if they choose to return the item. By placing an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

I do not accept the response, as the offer for store credit only is unacceptable. It is unacceptable for 2 reasons:

1: I am not asking for a refund because I simply did not like the product. I am asking for a refund because this company 100% misrepresented how this item was made, and what this item was made of. Again their website states:

This item is made of 100% plastic. The description is completely false.

2. I cannot and will not trust that anything else ordered from this company will be anything but a complete misrepresentation from what it described, or that I will actually get a store credit if I return the products. This lack of trust is from my own experience and that of the hundreds of other complaints the are on the Revdex.com website and complaints that are removed daily from the Dose of Roses facebook page.

Unfortunately, we have passed our systems 30-day threshold to process a refund for your purchase. What we may do to resolve this is issue store credit for their cost or send a replacement.

As you can see Dose of Roses does not take customer satisfaction seriously at. They did not even address the issue in their reply to my email. It took 7 months for Dose of Roses to reply to this complaint, of course I am past their 30 day window. They lure customers in with there products, then either send something that is not at all what the customer was expecting, or as you can see from other complaints never send customers anything at all. They offer them store credit to keep them in a never ending loop of disappointment. I will not accept a offer of store credit from a business that cannot be trusted to provide the actual product they advertise, and why would I want a replacement of the same plastic rose they have already sent? The whole reason for this complaint is the quality of the product. I would like a full refund to the original form of payment.

Store credit is an option for an item of dissatisfaction or they may have returned the item. We have came into contact with the customer regarding their inquiry. Waiting for customers response.

This company is ***. Ordered my girlfriend the galaxy roses and she received plastic *** in a regular envelope. I am mortified at the quality or lack there of. This company is a joke and I will be contacting my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be contacting the Revdex.com in regards to this.

This company is terrible. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP QUALITY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I am trying to get a refund after not receiving a confirmation email, they ended up shipping to the wrong address. I tried to contact the support email which is the only contact method I found and no response. I received the roses and they are plastic and cheap looking. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I will make sure to let everyone know on all the posts advertising them on social media.

They are horrible! They scammed me. Not only did my package come late they sent me an empty box. I just want my refund they can have their box back. Do not order from here they don't even respond to emails. Let me be your scapegoat do NOT buy from here.

Among all the colors of roses sold DoseofRoses, the midnight blue roses would be my favorite. The serenity and mystery it give off just intrigue me.

product of the Red Rose Bear. According to USPS, the item was delivered to the
customer. The customer claims that the rose bear had three petals fall off from the bear.
Since there is no significant damage to the bear and E- Gift Card has been sent to the
email on file for the order.

The a Dose roses representive sent me a response about sending back the product months after I been trying to contact them about how to proceed with the return or even to see what would they do since I received the bear damaged. I read reviews and people stated they sent back items to the seller and didn't hear anything back or didn't receive a refund only a store in credit. I feel thats not right because if I'm having a hard time with you all now why would I want to shop with gall again. So basically I will take the damaged bear as a loss. They even sent me a $25 e-card to try and just see it under the rug about the months of no response and me receiving a late damaged bear like that would help. No that don't help. What would help if you improve your customer relation with your customers and provide better products and make sure you give the customer what you agreed upon. I will never do business with them again and I feel no they didn't solve my problem. What they tried to do was sweep it under the rug with a little $25 e-card and not answer to the months of frustration and feeling of being played by the Dose of Roses company.

The order in question was placed by the customer on September 19, 2019 for our Red Rose Bear. We reached out to the customer on April 15, 2020 informing them of the situation. The customer responded and accepted the store credit we have offered. On April 22, 2020 we emailed the customer and provided them with their store credit of the cost of their order.

It would be nice if they were actually a good company look them up on Revdex.com dont trust the reviews on the site trust me 130 5 star review turn to 130 1 star reviews real quick... this site is a scam I spent over $100 on 12 of these roses and still have not recieved them or any help from their support team, do your research on this company before buying! Trust me youll take you buisness elsewhere I just wish I would have before I got ripped off... Terrible company!

Ordered a galaxy rose and did not receive.
I ordered my rose on October 3rd. I was told I would get tracking information in 1 to 3 days. I have received nothing at all. I emailed the company twice and I still have not gotten a response.

We also experienced shipping delays, The customer's desired resolution is a full refund or their order. We shipped their order on October 23,2019 and delivered on October 24,2019. We are unable to refund the customer the total amount of the order since we do not cancel orders once they have been placed per company policy under "Returns and Exchanges". By placing an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

This business should be investigated. The worse product I have ever bought. I bought the 10" bear for my wife birthday which is the 10 of October. I made my purchase September 24th and it came in October 10 lady that day. I asked for notification about my order I didnt get none only when it was late. I wrote customer service twice and no response back yet. The bear once we opened it had 3 poorly glued on petals in the box. By far the worse craftsmanship ever. Still waiting to hear from customer service about the return or a solution to the damaged bear

The services here at Dose of Roses are very convenient. They've got almost everything here, I'm satisfied with my care.

A friend ordered the "galaxy roses" for and paid over $240.00 with next day shipping. The "roses" showed up over 3 weeks later, not even wrapped, just stuffed into a packing box with packing peanuts. They are cellophane, flimsy, came bent, not even close to what was advertised online. I've emailed them multiple times, reached out on Instagram and my friend emailed them as well. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. What kind of business is this? The customer service is absolutely horrible, their business practices are not ethical, and I can't even fathom how neither my friend or I have received any type of acknowledgement of our complaints. I'd like a FULL REFUND for the shipping costs and the "roses". How is there not even a phone number to speak to a representative?? Avoid this business at all costs. I thought supporting a small business would be great but not when this is the customer service received.

I ordered from the company and did not recieve my order. They also will not respond to emails I have sent to their support.
I ordered a galaxy rose from the company after seeing an advertisement on ***. I paid for expedited processing which as well.(***
After waiting 8 days (which is the standard shipping time and 3 days longer than what I paid for with expedited) I sent email inquiring about what had happened. I received a few minutes later saying "Your request (***) has been received and is being revived by our support staff." The email was delivered by *** and was a service of Dose of Roses just in case that is pertinent.
Have waited 2 days now for anyone to respond which they have not. I than sent another wanting my money back and informing them I am reporting to Revdex.com at which time I noticed their rating.

I love how prompt the delivery services here are. The customer care is very considerate and professional as well.

I have never seen such a wonderful bloom box than this shop's. Everything here is a work of art, even the boxes are a delight. Glad I knew of this shop.

If you're going for a sophistocated gift to offee your mom, sister or girlfriend, then Dose of Roses is the best shop to cater to that need.

I never received tracking info for my order. I patiently waited the up to 7 business days communicated to me via email on the order confirmation however It's going on week 3 and nothing has been received since I ordered. I reached out to support FOUR TIMES and got no response. Their customer service support is non existent and I will never purchase from here again.
