I was amazed at how fast my orders got shipped. It was perfect when it got to me. Thanks a lot Dose of Roses.
I ordered the enchanted LED rose galaxy limited edition on October 1 and my order still says unfulfilled. I have contacted them twice on their website, once on facebook and once on instagram and have yet to get a response. So far I am not impressed with this company at all.
The flowers here are so cool. They've got almost all the varieties possible, they even have stuffed bears to go with it.
They lack professionalism when it comes to running a business. They haven't answered any my emails or responses on any social media page. I'd love some sort of feedback from the company.
Two orders never shipped. No method of refund. No phone number to contact. And no emails replied. Scam
Two orders are *** The order amounts total $111.31 and $150.94 respectively. I ordered each with overnight shipping. I am done waiting for any delivery because it is clear they are scamming. They don't have a phone number to reach them even. And no method of order cancellation from their website.
I want a full refund at this point for both orders.
The order in the question was placed on September 29th and 30th,2019, for the Half dozen and Dozen galaxy roses. On October 9,2019 the order was shipped and delivered October 10,2019. On October 11,2019 the other order was shipped and delivered on October 14,2019. Desired resolution is to end full order or full refund. We are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy.

Unfortunately, we no longer may process a refund to the original form of payment. What we may do is reship the order or issue store credit for the purchases.

I want a refund of the total amount. I received fake merchandise. Store credit or reshipping will not change or fix that fact. If you want to fix things without further damaging your reputation then simply issuing a refund and being honest with any future customers will be your best course of action. Morals tell everything about a company and you won't be able to trick everyone. Your turn.
The quality of care this shop foes to the roses they sell are highly appreciated by us customers. I can only trust in this shop to give this kind of quality with my preserved roses.
My husband ordered me a gift October 3rd and paid for overnight shipping and we have sent them MULTIPLE emails and still no reply and the package has not arrived. My husband is going to get a full refund from this scam of a website. Don't order from these people.
Placed an order two weeks ago now. Received an email a few days after that my shipment was on the way (10/02) but the Fedex tracking number appears as invalid. Already sent 5 emails, wrote on both Facebook and Instagram direct messages and still haven't gotten any response from them. I have. I clue where my order is at or if it's ever going to arrive, The only thing left to do is to submit a dispute with my bank. Really disappointed

This shop has got the most reliable services online. My package arrived a day earlier than I expected. My set of roses were well-arranged and put in a classy suede box that I love.
I want our money back my husband ordered this and it was NOT 24k gold it's PLASTIC. THE "CRYSTAL" PETALS ARE PLASTIC WITH A SCREW INSIDE! NOT WORTH $22.95 HE PAID. I placed an order for 2 Galaxy Roses on the 24th of September and paid extra for "quick processing". It said it it would deliver in 5-7 business days, I am now going into the 11th business day. I sent their support and email and haven't heard back. Based on the reviews I've read I'd be surprised if I get my product or my money. The order in the question was placed on September 24,2019, for the 24K Golden Rose in red. The order was shipped September 25,2019 however there is no way to verify the delivery. The customer would like a refund, we are unable to fulfill the customer's request for a full refund since we do not issue refunds to original forms of payment under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy. By submitting an order with Dose of Roses Beverly Hills, the customer has agreed to all policies and our Terms and Conditions.

I just opened a box that was supposed to have the galaxy rose I ordered for my girlfriend. But no rose. Still waiting to hear back from them. This is a blatant rip off and disappointment.

For our anniversary, I have bought my wife a pink rose bear with white heart. The box came damaged and product was damaged. Emailed them and Nikki quickly replied back instructions of what to do. I have followed the instructions and apparently its under review.
Its been almost a week and a half and I have emailed them several times and even messaged on Facebook and nobody wants to get back with me. I was planning on buying more stuff but from now on I will take my business elsewhere
