I love how varied the roses can be in this shop. They've got the classic red, pin, yellow and white. But they don't stop there, they've got midnight blues and LED roses as well. You should check them out for yourself.

As per special request, my order was delivered a day earlier than it should be. Thanks DoseOfRoses for tending to my favor, I will be back for more.

Boxes of flowers arrive three days ago. Love the agreement. Thanks

This company has a horrible reputation, and has declined to respond to my message for a refund. They are thieves and should be shut down.

- The order in question was placed on September 22, 2019, by the customer for our
product of the Galaxy Rose. The tracking number for the item is appearing to be invalid
in our system. We have reached out to the customer to verify if they have received their
Galaxy Rose and are awaiting a response to rectify any unresolved matters if necessary.

The company does not like to reply when it comes to refunding a customer. My fiance ordered me a bear and it actually came compared to all these other reviews. Although it was initially shipped to the wrong address. Once I finally got it the box and bear were damage. We reached out to the company and they said I could return with a full refund and credit for shipping. I sent the bear back with tracking and they have had it for almost three weeks now....still no refund or acknowledgment of the three emails that were sent to them because this business apparently has NO phone number to contact them.

I feel this was a simple matter that was being taken care of professionally but turned bad an no we are out almost $70 for their damaged product. I would not recommend ordering from here and if you do hopefully you'll have no issues.

They are liars and thieves. I ordered a phone case from them at least 4-5 months ago. Never received it. They do not return messages sent to them on their site. They one time said the item was out of stock and more were due to arrive. They said I would have it the following week and I never received it.
They took my money and never shipped. They are a terrible representation of beautiful flowers!!!!!

Placed & paid for order & never received.
I placed an order on 7-31-19 & order was chargd to my credit card on same date. I havent received my order. I received a payment confirmation from the business but have received no replies from the numerous emails I have sent them in regards to my order. Theres no phone number listed on the business' web site & no other means of contact other than the email address they list on their site. I would simply like them to fulfill my order or refund the amount charged to my credit card.

last thursday ordered the LED Galaxy Rose for a very special friend of mine's birthday the order still lists unfulfilled as of today 8/20/19 did a quick check on you site and saw they have NUMEROUS complaints about them. Immediately notified my bank to get the charges reversed and informed them to revers the charges and cancel the order as well Notifying you because they are still doing it from your filed complaint earlier this year.

08/16/19 P***($54.98) reverse these charges.

- The order in the question was placed on August 15, 2019, For our product of the Enchanted Galaxy Rose, the customer reached out and came in contact with one of our representatives providing information that their order failed to ship out. Desired resolution is to reverse charges, On August 20,2019 he was refunded $54.98 to his card ending in ***.

I purchased a cellphone case from this company. Over a month later and multiple emails I never received the case or money back.
On July 6, 2019 I purchased a Glam Case - Luxury iPhone case for $29.95 with $4.99 shipping for a total of $34.94. I received confirmation of my order but never received any shipping or tracking information. In July 22, 2019 I sent a message to the company inquiring on the status. I received the following response:
Hey ***,
I'm extremely sorry, but we have had a video go viral on Facebook, which led us to be completely backed up in emails, and orders. We are just sorting through all of it now, and we promise to ship your order ASAP.

After this there was no further communication from the company and it is now August 17, 2019 over a month since my order and I have not received my order or any shipping/tracking info.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $34.94 I paid. I want this credited to my card. I do not want store credit or a check mailed to me. I want my money back as soon as possible.

4 months after placing my order, I finally received the case but it was not as described on the website. Very cheap quality but I chose not to even bother trying to return or escalate the matter any further. Very minimal communication from the company and only when I reached out did I receive generic statements about fulfilling the order. While my order was ultimately somewhat fulfilled months after it was originally supposed to be, I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.

I ordered on June 28th. It is now August 25th and nothing. I've read over everyone's reviews and it's safe to say I am unimpressed. Since I have not received my order I would like a full refund of my money please! I am order #1382. Definitely not worth the $34.44 I paid!

Yea, I just spent hundreds on a gift that was delivered today. I was told the roses in the bear were real which is I placed the order. Turns out, the person who I sent the gift for informed me that the roses are freaking paper like material and the galaxy rose I ordered as well is plastic! I'm embarrassed and extremely upset. These products are not worth the money at allllllllllll.

I ordered a bear and galaxy rose. The items came in damaged due to how this company packaged and I returned my order within the time specified. I have not received any communication of a refund after my return was shipped and signed as delivered. I order a flower maybe 4 weeks ago. I emailed them multiple times. Never received a response or anything. So my girl finally emailed them. They replied to her once. Then didn't reply for another week. So they finally emailed back saying the flower will be here in another week or two. There's no place to give negative stars, or I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD. I placed an order with this company on 7/12/19. I reached out 7/17 and received an automated response saying "due to our ad going viral on FB, they were behind and promised that my order would be shipped out as soon as possible". FB going viral??? Really?? VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOW SHADY IT SEEMS. I reached out again on 8/6 only to receive another automated response simply saying that we have recieved your email and will respond shortly. It's now 8/19, 35 days after my order. My account was of course debited the cost of my order, on Yup, you guessed it, on 7/12. Date of original order. I am still waiting on a response from my 3rd complaint. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HALF ASSED COMPANY. YOU WONT GET YOUR MERCHANDISE AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REFUNDED MY PAYMENT IT SEEMS.

I dont accept there response because I should have been notified it was delivered I wasn't notified I tried to get in touch with this business I could not an if you guys did deliver it it wasn't to the right address which means I didn't receive the item an on top of that who runs a business with no way to get in contact with customer service and when you have weeks an months have went by look at the time frame
