After that I have not received anything and they are no longer responding to my emails, they took my money and this was a gift for someone.... I am highly disappointed...

I ordered a galaxy rose, it took weeks to get here. Then when I get it, the glass is shattered. No one responds to emails with this company. All I want is either a refund or a replacement! My next step is to dispute this with my bank.

Received wrong color 1 week past birthday. The website does not have any customer phone number . It does not appear to operate out of Beverly Hills as with Fedex charge it took 1 week to get to San Diego. Instead of Tiffany blue I have received white paper looking fake flowers. This company is a very expensive scam and needs to be shut down

Ordered a make up box for my girlfriend last friday, which has arrived today. Good condition and on time...Hope more people can get the same experience!

When you pay for standard 5-6 day shipping, don't expect it for a month or more. You are buying from China essentially and their products have to go through customs which takes forever.

Their customer service was not very helpful when asking about my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The rose I ordered has a cheap plastic stem and the flower itself is just some bent sheet metal painted purple. It's really worth 5$ in build quality. I expected more out of it honestly

Apologies about the late unfulfilled order, we had a stocking issue at our LA warehouse and caused some orders to be delayed. I've issued you a full refund for your order. My order came damaged so I returned it to the address they gave me. The item was delivered but I haven't received a refund for it.
I purchased the item on June 17. (***). I didn't receive the item until July 22 even though the website said it would take 10-14 days. I paid $24.95 including shipping for my item. When my item did finally come it was damaged so I contacted them and *** told me how to send it back. She never answered all the questions I had but I sent the item back anyway because their return policy requires that I send it back within two weeks. The item has been delivered to the address *** gave me but I still haven't received my refund for the item and reimbursement for the shipment back to them which was $11 (Their return policy says that it will cover shipping back to them). I have sent probably more than 10 emails to them asking to speak to them in person about it and I haven't gotten any responses.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking to get a full refund of $24.95 that I paid for the item and I am also seeking to be reimbursed for the shipping to return the item that they damaged in their shipment to me. That was $11. In total I am seeking about $37 for the time and money I spent working with this scam of a business.

We cannot grant the customer a full refund since we do not offer that option under our "Returns and Exchanges" policy and we haven't received a return from them.

I do not accept the response because I sent back the item in question using a return label the company gave me. They received the item at the address listed on the label. I know this because the mailing company gave me a tracking number and I was able to see when the item was received. This is a scam of a business and needs to be shut down for the troubles it's caused many people. The only response that I see as acceptable is my money back and the company being shut down.

I hope you realize that you literally answered the exact same thing again. This just shows how much of a scam this business is because they don't even read what people complain. Time and time again this business has proved to be a scam and yet nothing is being done about it. Once again I literally spoke with *** from the company and she told me word for word that I WILL get a refund so I have no idea where this is coming from a year later no less. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Ordered item, got confirmation email no contact since. Sent numerous emails and eventually asked for redund. Still no response from company..
Ordered 'galaxy rose' (***) as a gift on 29th June at a cost of $24.94 including postage. Received confirmation email the same day. Sent email (***) on 19 July asking for status update of my order, but received no response. Sent another email on 24 July with same query, but still received no response. Sent another email 26th July now asking for a full refund. Still no response to date.

Desired Outcome

At this point I have neither the hope or expectation that the item I ordered will ever arrive, nor the belief that should it arrive it will be as described. As such I request a full refund of the item, including postage costs.

I do not accept the response from the business for the simple fact that it doesn't say anything. Literally. The only information it gives is the date of the order and the name of the item ordered. Their response seems incomplete.

Again they don't address their lack of communication despite my numerous emails asking for the status of my order. They also don't address my clear request for a refund. In fact they only shipped the item after they had been contacted by Revdex.com, which makes me even less trusting of this business if they only fulfilled the (now unwanted) order after being challenged about it. And I haven't even addressed the awful quality of the item received.

I have tried to be reasonable throughout all of this, and when that didn't work I tried to be emphatic in my dissatisfaction both with their service and the quality of their product. I must state again clearly: I want my money back, as I have already requested. I asked for it long before the item was sent out and my request was ignored.

Please refund me the money owed (inclusive of any delivery charges).

An agreement for a refund was reached on 22 June 2020 but so far a refund hasn't been received by me. Again I am concerned that I will be kept waiting and once again my request will be ignored. Lack of communication regarding this has also been a problem, as I only seem to receive an update when I specifically ask for it.
I will be happy to close this complaint once my refund hes been received, but until then I request that this complaint be kept open.

Received the following from the business on 7 July 2020:
'We are having issues with refunding through PayPal. Do you have access to Zelle if so please provide the information attached to the account so we can process right away?

We apologize for fo the inconvenience.'
I responded the same day with the following:
'Good afternoon,

As stated in my email of 19th June, I do not have a Zelle account. From my understanding after looking at the Zelle website, it is only available for people in the US (ie people with a US bank account). I am in the UK, so don't have access to this.

I don't understand why you are having issues transferring the refund to my PayPal account. What details of mine are you using in order to do this?
For clarity, my full name is ..., my PayPal link is '...' and my mobile number is .... Please let me know if you require any other information.'

I then received this response from the company the same day:
'The payment has been sent. Please confirm that you have received it, I apologize for the delay and inconvenience.'

I have checked my account and the refund has been received by me. In light of this, I would like to close the complaint I have raised via the Revdex.com. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter

The order in the question was placed on June 28, 2019 for our Galaxy Rose. The refund for our customers purchase has been processed.

I ordered the Enchanted LED Galaxy Rose on Wednesday, July 24th. Their website and order confirmation email stated a 1-3 business day processing time and around 5-10 business day transit time. After waiting exactly a week, I contacted their support email the following Wednesday, July 31st.

Their support responded within 2 hours however I was just given what was most likely a copy and paste response claiming one of their videos going viral was slowing them down. However it is now the end of the day on Monday the 5th, 12 days after ordering. I contacted their support again on the 3rd letting them know if my order was not shipped by the 5th I would like a refund. I have received no response, no refund and my order still has not been updated.

This is the worst ordering experience I have ever had shopping online and a video going "viral" is never an excuse to ignore customers and not ship their orders, ESPECIALLY not within almost 2 weeks of ordering the product!

Order placed in early June and receive half of order 1 month later
I have attempted to contact the busines . Is email since this is the only option and have been unsuccessful. I have received emails previously stating the item was being shipped but have not had any correspondence since. I requested a refund for the item not receive and have not had any communication regarding the item.

I paid using a debit card and I have attached in an email to the company stating the issue and I still have not received confirmation of item being shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the item shipped and delivered this week by Friday August 2nd or I would like to have the cost of the item refunded.

I ordered a product, and never received it. I contacted customer support with no help, but was told I would have the order filled as soon as possible.
I ordered the Galaxy Rose on July 2, 2019 from the website, ***, and paid in full, on a debit card, $24.94 including shipping costs. The order was confirmed via email, and was told it would take 6-13 business days to receive the product in the mail, but I would receive an email stating the order was fulfilled, and in shipping. After waiting 7 days and not hearing from the company in regards to the shipping, I sent an email asking about the order. I received a response from "***" stating that there was a back order due to a "viral video on Facebook" and that they would fulfill the order as soon as they could. I responded asking when I could expect the order to be completed, and got no response. I waited several days, then opened a new ticket asking if I could get an estimation on when the delivery would be able to take place, and got the same response. I responded with a statement saying I would report the company if they didn't fulfill the order or give a refund, and again, no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to either receive the product, or a refund. The company is clearly a scam, seeing how many complaints have been filed, so a discontinuance of the advertised product would be also fair, so others don't make this same mistake.

Product was NOT as advertised, was NOT shipped as promised, and there was never ANY response from customer service.
I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my order, the deceit, and the "customer service" from your company. My order was NOT shipped from Beverly Hills, as your name implies. My order was NOT shipped in 3-5 days, as was stated in your email confirmation. My order was placed on June 17 and arrived at my door on July 24, more than a month late for the special occasion it was ordered for. I contacted the customer service email address at least three times with NO response, and there is no telephone number listed anywhere. The roses that finally arrived more than a month after I placed my order are PLASTIC; there is nothing 24K gold or handmade about them and they are NOT worth the $38.91 I paid. I would appreciate a refund. Order #

They did issue a refund, minus shipping, which I am not completely satisfied with but clearly there is no winning with this company.

I placed an order on the company website on 7/10/19, they immediately charged my card. I still haven't received my order and the company won't respond
*** was placed on 7/10/19 in the amount of $21.95 on my ***. A confirmation email was received stating orders typically take 5-10 business days. I emailed the company on 7/14/19 requesting an update. I received a response the same day apologizing saying that they had a video go viral on Facebook and it caused them to be backed up on orders and emails. They are sorting through it and they promised my order will ship ASAP. On 7/18/19 I again emailed requesting status with no response. I emailed again on 7/21/19 with no response. At this point I want a refund but since I'm getting no response via email I'm not sure how else to go about it.

I just want a full refund and for the business to be shut down as I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to.

I was satisfied got my money back

After two months and several attempts to reach their customer service, we have received no product nor a refund.
Order number ***. This was ordered two months ago. Since then there has been a tracking number but no shipping information other than it states it has left a facility in China. It took a month to get that tracking number and shipping info update. It has since then remained the same with no changes or updates. We have reached out to the Seller 4 times with no response. We expect a full refund for the item. This is ridiculous.

Desired Outcome

We would like a full refund of the cost since it seems we are not going to ever get the product.

I bought a galaxy rose from them with the *** on June 19 and they still haven't shipped it out yet. They took my money when I don't have much to begin with so I bought this gift for my girlfriend her birthday is in a few days, but the order still not shipped I've tried getting a response from them for 2 weeks now still no reply. I'm worried I got scammed and the only thing that can put me to ease is my money back so I can buy my girl a gift. Unless they actually send out the order like they where supposed to and it better get here in one week with actual package tracking.

I was on Facebook and saw a ad for roses I thought my wife would like so I ordered it on June 16th 2019 and haven't received my package and it's now July 16th I used my debit card for the purchase. And still no response from them

It was a plastic rose they said it was a real rose sprayed in a gold coating. I want my money back.

I ordered a gift for my wife's birthday I was promised 5-10 business days and it still hasn't shipped.
I purchased a Enchanted L.E.D rose for my wife's birthday along with some chocolates for the price of $70.43 in July 1st 2019. When I ordered the product, it clearly stated that the product will be delivered with 5-10 business days. I did receive the chocolates but not the rose and the rose still hasn't shipped and my wife's birthday is today July 17th. I'm not gonna need it a week to a month later!! I reached out to customer service and *** wrote me back and I asked for a refund and never got another response.

I just want a refund. There is no use for the product now.

Product has yet to be received, and customer service has not responded to over half a dozen emails.
On July 21, 2019 I purchased and received an order confirmation for a galaxy rose ***. I have submitted half a dozen emails trying to get a hold of this company in hopes to receive even the slightest information regarding my order. Their customer service has repeatedly "received" my request, but in the course of 4 weeks I have yet to receive a response regarding my order.

Desired Outcome

I have lost my patience as 5-10 business days has long since passed, and I am now requesting a total refund of the charged amount $21.95

If I could give this company negative stars I most certainly would. First my fiance ordered a galaxy rose for me on June 7th. We finally received the product today, it was nothing like the description. It is flimsy painted plastic and most certainly not worth the price he paid. The shipping was atrocious, he contacted them through their email and never received a response.
