I ordered a galaxy rose from dose of roses on 6/19. Their website states ot ships 5-7 business days. I still have not received it.
I ordered a galaxy rose from dose of roses on 6/19/19. Their website clearly says ships 5-7 business days. I emailed thier support on 6/28/19 asking whats going on with my order. I was emailed back by a *** statin that my order was shipped the day prior and ro allow 2-3 business days for the tracking. And she provided a tracking number. The tracking number I received, everytime I check it, simply states "tracking does not exist". So I waited and gave them another 2 weeks. Still nothing from them and nothing on the tracking. I emailed their support again on 7/11/19 asking for an update regarding my order amd have not received a response back from them. At this point it has been almost a month for something that was supposed to be delivered 5-7 business day. I was hoping to give it to my fiance for the fourth of july, but that did not happen.

Ordered valentines day roses, they arrived at 10 pm, they were covered in hot glue and smelled horrible. Demanded a refund and I did not even receive a response. They stole my money.
They dont respond to your emails and dont give you a phone number.

I would give ZERO stars of bn possible. I have been waiting on a product since the beginning of June. I've sent over 30 emails to the customer service with only one response(Jenny). Jenny told me the product was on back order and would ship 5-10 business days. It's now July 22,2019 and the order is nearly 2 months old. I'm going through cancer treatment and were giving the Rose's (galaxy and traditional red) to my mother and mother in law. I have contacted my bank and this will be resolved!! The last thing I need is a scam while dealing with more stress and worry than usual. Was going to purchase more Rose's for my brothers upcoming wedding! Yeah right!! This company just lost my business and I will go to my attorney as soon as I finish up my treatment this week. They are aware of the scam and its undeniable! BUYERS AND INVESTORS BEWARE! I'VE NEVER BEEN SCAMMED AND THIS OS THE BIGGEST FRAUDULENT/SCAMMING/FISHING COMPANY I'VE EVER HEARD OF. THEY WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL OF THEIR LIES AND THEFT. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company promised me a 24 K gold plated "galaxy rose", with iridescent metal leaves.
Their ad is specifically designed to mislead consumers into buying a plastic piece of junk. It's not metal, and it's not 24karat gold. It's not even solid plastic, it's "stem" is hollow, and the "metal leaves" are literally transparent. The only things that are accurate about their promises are that it's rose-shaped, the stem is gold in color, and the petals are iridescent.
Furthermore, they promised delivery within 5-10 days of purchase, and it took three weeks.
I had purchased this as (one part of) an anniversary present. If I had waited any longer it definitely would not have arrived in time. I also feel like the quality I was promised and shown was absolutely intentionally misleading compared to what I received. It's apparent that what I got is the same thing pictured, but the photos are so doctored and the descriptions are so properly written that I purchased for $20 what I would have bypassed *** a dollar-store.

Was very hesitant at first but I messaged them first to see if I would get some sort of response...then answered me the same day and told me my order would be sent out in a few days. Its been not even a week and my order arrived today.
I dont it's a very good company I ordered the product over a month ago still haven't received it bank says paid for I don't give them any stars at all their tracking isn't even in English it's Chinese I think it's a scam

It took way to long and the tracking number gave to wasn't right, I wanted my money back because I wanted my order in the time frame I paid for it......
I ordered a box of choclates and a galaxy rose. I received a melted box of chocolates sent to my las vegas home during the summer. I have sent them 6 emails and have not recieved a galaxy rose yet. They responded on the 2nd email, saying it was being taken cared of and I will receive a tracking/shipping number in a few days. Guess what? That was a couple of weeks ago and all my future emails have gone unanswered. Communication is key when running a business and they lack it. I hope everyone with a bad experience reports them, so people don't buy a product that they won't receive.

I ordered a rose on the 26th of June it is July 11th and have heard nothing they took my money and have not responded back to any of my emails buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order on June 26th and my bank was charged on June 28th. I received an email stating that order was in processing and I would receive another email in a day or 2 with the tracking number, no email was received. I sent 3 emails to the support team with no response to any of the emails. It must be illegal to promise 5 to 10 day delivery and charge an account for the product to not only never receive product and be charged shipping for delivery. I will be following up with my bank and legal representation since fraudulant acts have been committed.
I made a purchase, the account is under my name but the credit card used was under my wife's name will that be a issue to why yall can't verify the payment? And if there's the issue as to why you can't verify the transaction then why remove the amount from my account? If my account has already been charged then there shouldn't be no need for extra information to verify.

On 6/26 I paid $110 for a bear with a heart and ended up receiving a bear with no heart. $40 difference. I also paid for a galaxy rose that I haven't received a shipping notification for, and no contact letting me know whats going on.
They get two stars because I did receive a bear, just not the one I ordered.
Customer Service is unresponsive so far.
This company should be shut down, sued and taken off the market completely. 24k? Yeah right. It's all fake, the shipping takes forever because it comes from China, the quality is trash, no customer service what so ever (I put 2 tickets in and never heard a *** thing). They steal your money basically but get away with it because they deliver a "product". Don't make the same mistake we did, do your research.

This place is trash. I've been waiting a month now for my purchase when it says the latest it will take is 5-10 business days. No confirmation email saying it's on it's way. I contacted there so called customer service and it's been more than a week that I haven't gotten a response from them. Customer service is not even ran straight from the company and works as a third party providing no help or information regarding my purchase. So there's really no point to contact there customer service when they themselves can't even resolve the issue. Waste of time and energy. This place is garbage and I will never be purchasing anything from them ever again

Items received VERY LATE, DAMAGED and INCOMPLETE. Only received one of the two items received. FULL REFUND REQUESTED but ignored.
Company being very difficult to deal with. Not willing to give refund for item never received. They want to issue store gift card or reissue entire order which I am not happy with either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS ARE JUNK. THEY WILL BE DAMAGED IF YOU RECEIVE THEM AT ALL. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I should've checked Revdex.com and other review sites before buying. This company is the absolute worst. Best part is how they use the same excuse over and over about a "viral post" and not being ready. Probably trying to buy from other legit companies to resell seeing as how they shipped my order (and by the looks of it, other orders) from China. Their excuse being their local warehouse ran out of inventory. Do not buy from this company, total scam. Purchased a light pink bunny and 2 galaxy roses on 6/8. I had no other option and was forced to pay $15 for 2-5 day shipping during checkout. I got multiple emails within a couple days telling me that both products were on their way SEPARATELY but when I would check, they are both in pre shipment for weeks. I emailed their support multiple times and got no response. Their customer service is non existent and I think it's safe to assume all their other customers are experiencing the same problems. I finally got my bunny 2 weeks later IN THE WRONG COLOR. There is HAIR all over the product and so much glue residue... DOES NO ONE CHECK PRODUCT QUALITY? There are like black marks on it as well. It's actually unbelievable how dirty my product is. Also whoever was handing the product decided to slap on a "light green" sticker over the actual product details sticker TO SEND THE WRONG PRODUCT. Waited for my roses but seeing as how it's coming from China there is no way it'll ship within "2-5 days". It's criminal to charge for shipping knowing it's going to take longer than that. They simply don't care about their customers or their business. It's been about 3 weeks now and after no reply or updates, I got my roses and wow... what is the point of bubble wrapping both products when the box is smashed in? The rose they advertise is NOT like the one I got in person. There is a screw on top and the stem is plastic. The rose petals... I highly doubt are even real. They feel extremely cheap, flimsy and like some paper plastic combo. DO NOT buy from this company. I want a COMPLETE refund. Tell me where to send these terrible products back to. I felt so embarrassed showing my SO these gifts. Thank you for ruining my anniversary gift and wasting my time and money.
