Product took too long and the quality is not what was advertised.
I ordered this for my wife on June 6th 2019. It says it ships 5 to 7 business days. I emailed constantly. It was sitting in China with no label printed. I could not get any information that was helpful. After almost 3 weeks it finally arrived. Such a disappointment. The box was crushed. It was warped from poor packaging. And was missing half the contents. The quality is definitely not as advertised either. I just want an exchange for the product I actually paid for. Order # XXXXX for a galaxy rose with stand. I paid with my bank card.
I would like a replacement with the correct advertised product I purchased.

I've had the same issue as everyone else and I wouldn't be nearly as upset if they had any form of communication. I've sent numerous emails through their "contact us" tab with no response. The face book page gives me automated responses. Just like everyone else I made an order that was not fulfilled and I want my money back in full. Not a refund for just the shipping costs because if i'm not mistaken shipping was included. I have no more need for this item as Amazon was able to get it to me NEXT DAY. Also, since the order hasn't even been dropped off the mailing center yet why is it so hard to cancel the order? They told me it was sent out last Sunday which was a lie. So let me make a recommendation. Next time you do a online blitz of advertising (as described in responses to other unsatisfied customers) either be prepared to fulfill the orders or take the hit and order through Amazon when you can't. #XXXXX is my order number if you don't provide the full refund as I instructed I will dispute the charge with my bank and file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com not just a review. Give me a canned response like everyone else and ill do it double time.
I purchased a bear for my girlfriend on February 4th, 2019 and her bear was NEVER RECEIVED WHEN I WAS ASSURED BY YOUR COMPANY SHE WOULD HAVE IT BY VALENTINES DAY THE LATEST. NOT TO MENTION I PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED 1 TO 2 DAY SHIPPING. MY TRACKING SAID IT WAS EN ROUTE TO DHL AS OF FEBURARY 7TH, 2019 AND THEN NOTHING AFTER. THIS EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY HAS TURNED MY FIRST VALENTINE'S DAY WITH MY GIRLFRIEND INTO A HORRIBLE MEMORY. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON MY ORDER OR THE BEAR TO ACTUALLY BE DELIVERED AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED TO BE ASAP!!!
THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO BE FROM BEVERLY HILLS BUT WHEN YOU ORDER IT COMES FROM CHINA, SAYS 5-7 DAYS SHIPPING.(MORE LIKE 20-30 DAYS) I ORDERED THE GALAXY ROSE AND IM ALMOST 100% SURE ITS THE SAME ONES ON WISH.COM FOR $6.00. THE ONLY REASON I ORDERED THIS IS THAT THEY ISSUED A CREDIT AFTER SENDING ME THE WRONG COLORED ROSE BEAR (WHICH ARE ALSO ON WISH.COM) AND IT CAME LATE AS WELL. THESE ARE CHEAP PRODUCTS FROM CHINA WITH A HEFTY MARKUP SINCE THEY CLAIM TO BE FROM BEVERLY HILLS. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
I ordered a bear back in February. And never got anything nor a refund. I tried to reach them on numerous avenues. Their personal website, their personal email, as well as on social media outlets. I was blocked from all of them simply for asking for a refund or the status of my order. I never even got a simple response back. Just erased comments.

Shipping times not upheld and no direct contact for customer support
I ordered a 24K galaxy rose on 6/7/2019 and got a confirmation email. The next day I got another email about it processing.I received a tracking number on 6/12 that said the label had been created but it hadn't been shipped out yet. On 6/13 I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped and 4 hours later got an email saying it was on its way. On 6/16 I was told my order was shipped the day before and the tracking would take 24 hours to update and sent me a direct link to track my order which stated it would be shipped from China. I asked why it was coming from China and let them know that my tracking number wasn't found in the system the system they sent me directly. I never got an answer to my questions of China but on 6/18 I got an email saying that my order was shipped the day before and it may take 1-2 days for tracking to update. So now I've been told 3 times that my order was shipped and it wasn't. On 6/23 I was told that my order was shipped through priority shipping and they can't control the process of it getting to me, which I understand, but the could have put on their website that it was coming from China. I just checked today and my order should be here 6/27, literally a day shy of 3 weeks, but we'll see.
I just want a full refund

Upon receiving the package, late, I quickly realized I was scammed. Every part of the description was wrong, from the rose being grown when it's plastic, to it being frozen and dipped in 24k gold and it's just plastic painted gold. The rose petals and leaves on the stem are translucent. I should've known by the price it was too good to be true but don't advertise a product as something and get my hopes up just for me to find out 3 weeks later that I was scammed. Like I said before I want a full refund
Bad service, I order 2 flower over 2 weeks ago and still havent got it, they dont have a phone number to call and they dont answer emails, they took my money but I still havent got the flowers, I'm disappointed I shouldn't of bough anything from them, they will take your money and wont give u the product, I got a shipping number however it's been fake, it said it's not valid
I Placed and order on June 11,2019. I sent my first response to the email found on my confirmation email on June 18th because I did not get a tracking number. I then sent another email to the email found on the website on June 19th and early this morning June 26th and I have yet to get a response. My hands are tied. I sure hope the product is worth the wait or I get a refund. So much for my girlfriend's birthday gift for tomorrow. smdh
This company is a scam, they do not send the product ever, I have a tracking number in pre-shipment for 2 weeks, avoid at all costs.

Worst company ever I ordered a galaxy rose for my wife for mother's day it's a little late but still I wanted to get her something. Well I get a tracking number and for almost two weeks it says label created not yet in system like it takes that long and when you call the number they give you the run around that they are dealing with customers oh and if you type up there name and where they are located at it gives you a whole other company name so legit this company is fake I have talked to my bank on a refund and I'm preparing to sue this company of its even real if not imma shut it down

Absolutely horrible I'd pick zero stars if I could ....its been over 2 weeks I ordered 3 of there new trending Rose's and it still hasn't arrived at ups and I've inquired about contacting me several times...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!! SCAM!!!!!!
It's now been 15 days and when I go to track the rose, it is sitting in China? This was supposed to be a birth gift for my wife, who had just delivered our daughter. Now I have just lost money and am empty handed.....thanks for nothing

Horrible! I have placed an order for a rose bear weeks ago and they fail to reply to any of my messages on why my order is never shipped. I am *** off and want my money back. They are stealing my money.
Order a rose, asked immediately to cancel order due to the reviews. Have emailed them 10 times with no response, have a tracking number coming from CHINA that has not even moved yet, believe it's been at least 10-15 days already. Horrible horrible company, they should be shut down for good.

Do not order anything from them. They are very shady. Will claim they will deliver a product to you by a certain time and either will not deliver on expected date or never deliver at all. There is no customer service. You only receive responses before you buy. Once purchased they will never respond to your inquiries. Secondly, their products are all sources from China and can be found much cheaper if you search for it online.

I like the canned response you've given to every review. You've not even bothered to look my order up or else you would see that 1. I ordered weeks before Valentine's day and many of us never got our orders. You deceived others knowing you could not fill by removing our comments when inquiring about it to further ensure you're able to scam more people into giving you money. You see, this ain't your first time nor last as you more and more are sharing their experiences. Had you learned from the first time, you wouldn't have allowed subsequent 'viral campaigns' to yield same issue but it does.
2. Due to your company's lack of response to order inquiries, providing no other means to contact anyone from your company, I had to file a claim through PayPal. Had it not been for PayPal, you wouldn't have given a refund at all. This is what you're hoping for as you charge 4-5 times what you could pay for the items you're selling. My claim with PayPal son because the DHL tracking number you sent as proof of delivery was in fact fake. DHL confirmed with PayPal it was a valid tracking number and you never responded to their fact finding inquiries other to provide the fake shipping number. Complete SCAM you are.
Scam of a company. Contradictory and misleading shipping policy, "all sales final" negates any returns or exchanges, and the product ships from... wait for it... CHINA! Not Beverly Hills as implied on the site.

I ORDERED A PACKAGE WITH RUSH DELIVERY FOR MOTHER'S DAY. IT ARRIVED FOUR DAYS LATE. I ORDERED IT ABOUT 5 DAYS AHEAD OF MOTHER'S DAY, GIVING IT PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE IT FROM CALIFORNIA TO NEW YORK CITY WITH THEIR "RUSH DELIVERY".
I E- MAILED THEM EVERY DAY OF THE FOUR DAYS I WAITED. I SPENT TIME AT HOME ON MOTHER'S DAY WAITING WITH NO REPLY. THEY NEVER REPLIED ALL FOUR DAYS. THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY WAY OF CONTACTING THEM.
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SERVICE.

Worse company ever!!!! I bought a stupid galaxy rose 2 weeks ago and I have not received my product. So what did I do? I decided to contact them and like everyone else.... no response. So I decide to research this company some more... tell me why the *** is my rose coming all the way from China?!? I live 2 hours away from Beverly Hills!!! This company is a scam!! Don't ever order from this company. Very poor customer service, I ordered a rose for an anniversary gift on 6/8. The website says 5-7 days shipping, it is now 6/21 and still no rose. Emailed them and got an tracking number that took almost a week to show it was being delivered from China. No where in the description did it say anything about coming from China. I feel I have been scammed and plan to take appropriate actions.

I am taking this as a learning experience and will never order from your company again and will also spread the word of the poor practices of your company. Also I think you need to disclose that your product comes from China.
