They haven't returned my emails no package they sent me a tracking number but it's not working they are scammers I better get my package or my money back that is not ok for them to be doing that to hard working people

ordered product 6/6, confirmation states it will be shipped 1-2 days, its been 14 days and product is in china which they never mentioned
ordered product on 6/6, states will ship 1-2 days, been 14 days, product now shipped out of china, never told about this, never got an update as to why it took 14 days to ship when there receipt stated product will ship in 1-2 days. asked for refund of product due to misleading the consumer, they asked for me to return the product for refund. I wont get product probably for another month, this is unacceptable practice and misleading.
i want the product shipped and i would also like my money back since the business misled me and refused to resolve anything

The product is still in China, we are now at 3 weeks and it hasn't left the country. I was told it would ship in 1-2 days. This is unacceptable from a business. They never mentioned the product shipped from another country as well. I will only accept a full refund due to the fraud this company has committed
I have placed an order and after multiple times of contacting them about my order I get absolutely no reply. I have asked for my money to be refunded multiple times. Definitely not happy, and beyond agitated. I just want my money back.

Would give zero if I could. At this point this company is a fraud, and has stolen my money. I placed a valentines day order #XXXXX containing two items. Only ever received one. They emailed me back once when I inquired and LIED saying the shipment was on it's way when it wasn't. They have since ignored several emails from me. Clearly a trend here, you guys are thieves.

It's one thing not being able to fulfill your orders; it's another thing entirely when you just simply lie about it and ignore your customer service emails. I have checked my original method of payment and given you an extra business day, and there is no refund or nothing showing as pending on my card. So at this point I am assuming this is also a lie. If you have actually done this, I expect to see an email confirmation today.
I placed an order with dose of roses on X-XX-XXXX today is X-XX-XX I still have not received and emails containing a order number or confirmation number or anything about my order my card has been charged I sent emails with no response back at all I am starting to wonder if it is a scam site and I just got ripped off by someone I mean its only 22.95$ but still its the principal about it. So it is now July 11th and I still have not received my order or any emails telling me anything besides the the one response telling me about it going viral or something
I think this company is a joke slowest shipping ever still have not recieved my order never get a response to my emails feels like a scam cant believe I fell for it you guys at the Revdex.com should do a little investigation on these people oh well lesson learned

I ordered on 6/9. I was told that orders ship between 1/2 days and that the product was in stock. I was also told that it would take 2-5 days to arrive at the destination by Priority USPS.
I got a pre-mail tracking number and the number hasn't moved from Carson, CA since then. This business is ridiculous. There is no phone number. You can only email their support address and either get no response or a vague response.
Do NOT use this company. They missed my mother's milestone birthday and I have no idea where the product is, if it even shipped. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Completely unacceptable. The item was I ordered on 6/9. Your website says 1-2 days to ship. I shipped USPS Priority 2-5 business days. There is no excuse for 6/26 delivery. You mislead customers, provide no way to reach you. It's s joke.

HORRIBLE Company to order a rose from. My order from February just showed up today, June 19th for my mothers birthday present. Never trust their 5-7 day promise! A $5.00 off my next order for the inconvenience 3 emails later!!!
Wont be using them ever again.

I ordered a pruduct and it hasn't arrived so I contacted doses of roses but no one will answer me
I rodered 1 galaxy rose from doses of roses on june 1 and got an email on june 5 that it was being delivered and it was supposed to be here since thursday so I i have been trying to contact doses of roses to see where the rose that I bought is but yet they refuse to answer me even though im telling them that I will report them for scamming me

I want a refund, you stated that it would be two day to ship my order and I click the link to track the package and the only thing that has been done it's a label being made. I have talked to multiple reps and was given the same response that, they had a post go viral on social media and have become backed up with orders. When I asked for a refund I was offered store credit instead of getting my money back. I paid $55.99 USD for the item and have asked for a full refund but has not received any shipping information from the company.

Worse company ever. They will send you a fake tracking number and never answer emails. Wish I knew this before I ordered for a valentines day present.. now in June and still nothing from this company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this SCAMMING company at all cost. Run away from them like the plague. They only got one star because I couldn't give them zero stars.

Supposedly refunds are given within 30 days as reported on their refund policy. I've requested refund, but was told I could only get a gift card.
I made an order in February and it was lost in transit. I requested a refund but was told I am not allowed to get a refund, I can only receive a gift card. After receiving a gift card I made another purchase back in February to try and send this gift. That second order was never placed in the system, but today on May 31. At least 4 months later, someone working at Doses of Roses has placed the order although they have not responded to my emails regarding the request back I. February.
Pay me back as your refund policy says, you failed to be attentive to a paying customer. I want my gift card paid back in full to the card I used to purchase the first order.

Are you refunding back to my debit card? Because I do not want a gift card. The first order was "lost in transit" and I tried multiple times to get a refund the first time. I was told refunds were not allowed and forced to put the money on a gift card. I placed the last order back in February. I then attempted to contact customer service because I did not receive a confirmation to no luck. The confirmation email came last week and I had already sent emails stating the recipient moved after the month of February.
I just want a refund to my debit card that made the original purchase.
