I actually paid the $in AUS dollars and when the change in currency occurred it amounted to $US at the timeFragrancenet took $US from my account NOT $as they are statingPlease see attached bank transaction for amount paid.I have never had this much trouble ever with an international company before and I shop online frequentlyI am disgusted by the service, or rather lack there of and do believe the company never filled or dispatched the order thinking I would let it go as I was in another countryToo bad for them that I refused to be ripped off nearly $400!!If it wasnt for this organisation Revdex.com.org it would have taken me a lot longer to get a genuine although somewhat less than honest response.Hopefully the refund will be forthcoming quicer than my so called order

We apologize for this inconvenienceIn researching this issue the problem seems to be that the Customer applied a 30% discount code, received free shipping but using that coupon does not offer day deliveryCustomer selected standard deliveryOrder confirmation is attached We have not
received any emails from the email address specified in the complaint, however, he did call us on 10/**, rep explained that he did not select day shipping, he disconnected the call The order shipped on the *** but has been floating around with the courier, still not delivered but certainly should have been by now, only shipping to NJSince customer has also filed a dispute with ***, we responded to the dispute and asked *** to issue refund to customer.Thank you

Our system shows that we received emails from the customer on November *** and that responses were sent the same dayI believe the customer may have misinterpreted what the automated email indicates about returnsThe email says “ If the order error was not made by FragranceNet.com, a reduction

She was right about the amount paid I got the amount confused with another purchase order from another company I advised the person whom respond to this complaint that my boyfriend received it and open it so I ask if they could refund the priority shipping that I have not received within that time frame she has yet respondedI would be satisfied with getting that back considering I didn't get it on the *** as stated on the usps websiteIt was delivered on the ***
