This customer's first package was returned to us due to an incorrect zip code typed incorrectly by *** ***. Please refer to attached confirmation email which verifies that *** *** entered the order complete online - was then imported into our database with NO human interventionWe
reshipped all of the available items and refunded one that was no longer in stock. Customer blames us for wrong zip code. As you can see from the attachment, it was entered wrong

Both the vendor and the courier were provided with telephone numbers which are specifically provided in order to forestall issues such as thisNo attempt was made to deliver or contact, and while the Post code may have been incorrect ( I cannot verify either way) the address was fine, and that is where a packet is delivered
In addition, I contacted both the vendor and *** on this order prior to the shipment being returned as I had noticed a lack of movement and was concerned about the packet being handed over to the ***
Both parties assured me that there was no issue with the packet, and that it would be delivered during timeframesObviously, this was not the caseI believe I went above what a customer should have to do in order to get a packet delivered, and was still not successful
Re: the out of stock product - it will take several weeks for me to see the refund on my card as I am a ***
All I had asked for was to have the reshipment expedited in order to attempt a delivery window and to be provided with the out of stock product at the original price I originally purchased it for - not exceptional requests
I will say that Frangrancenet.com has certainly shown what they believe is an acceptable manner to treat regular customers, and it s not at all flattering to the Company

I actually paid the $in AUS dollars and when the change in currency occurred it amounted to $US at the timeFragrancenet took $US from my account NOT $as they are statingPlease see attached bank transaction for amount paid.I have never had this much trouble ever with an international company before and I shop online frequentlyI am disgusted by the service, or rather lack there of and do believe the company never filled or dispatched the order thinking I would let it go as I was in another countryToo bad for them that I refused to be ripped off nearly $400!!If it wasnt for this organisation Revdex.com.org it would have taken me a lot longer to get a genuine although somewhat less than honest response.Hopefully the refund will be forthcoming quicer than my so called order

I spoke with a representative today by the name of Anita She was very helpful in this situation I told her that I did not receive the merchandise Also, she was informed of the steps taken with FedEx and USPS regarding filing a claim Only the merchant can do thisAnita stated that FragranceNet will be sending the items again and she will add a note for a required signature.Anita was helpful, patient and exudes Customer Service.

Please note our records show that customer was provided with a prepaid postage return label so that the items may be returned back to our facilityWhen the order was placed, customer used email address f* and that is where the label was sentSince we have received email from
customer from and alternate email address; ***, we have resent the label to that address as wellThe last email we received from customer, she adamantly stated that she does not have a box to return the itemsWe understand that customer has discarded the original shipping box,however, these items maybe returned in any type of corrugated boxSince customer is not satisfied with any of the items purchased, we will issue a full refund back to her payment method once the items are returned back to our facilityWe will not issue refund unless the product is returned. The business is not an honest business The package was never given to shipper The label was created, but nothing was shipped I called and emailed numerous times and asked for a call(the hold times on all of my calls were minutes to more than an hour In the business own response to you they stated that the merchandise was shipped to me at no charge and a refund was issued That is a lie Customers beware of this business They lie and are not honest and reputable

*** *** spoke with two (2) different Customer Service Representatives on two different occasions. Both representatives explained our business process to him. Orders that are placed on our website are imported into our database at which time the order is matched to inventory. Once matched, the order is charged. Our inventory is dynamic and changes instantly. When this order was transmitted to the warehouse to be fulfilled, the item had been exhausted from on-hand inventory. Rather than make the customer wait for our resupply, we credited the out of stock item immediately and shipped the balance of his order.Additionally, once the order is imported into the database, the order is locked and no changes or cancellations can be made. A Return Merchandise Authorization was sent and once the return is received a refund will be processed
