A response was sent to this customer on different occasions. Order shipped and still in transit with Global Access. A refund will be issued

Courier attempted delivery on 12/**/and notice as left for customer to contact Post Office. See attached. If no longer wanted, please contact Customer Service for a return merchandise authorization

This customer was emailed twice to the outlook account that was used in the order. Resent to gmail address on this complaint. Once product is received; return will be processed

When we researched this complaint we found that the customer sent three emails on Dec ***The customer was irate and it was reflected in these emailsThe customer placed her order on December 7th with standard delivery (4-business days) and it was received on December 14th which is within the
suggested delivery time frame A refund will not be given at this time as the order was received

Refund was issued on 12/**/for $76.92. Credit card company has one full billing cycle to refund the account. Please check further with them

repayment of the amount paid for my purchase, which was canceled has been resolvedThe company combriu with his word and after 9th day the amount was reversed to my bank accountThank you for the commitment from the same site and that gave me assistance

This order was placed on February ***, 2016. Customer called for a return on May **, 2016; far beyond our return policy date. Item was received in our warehouse on 6/**/(again, far beyond return policy guidelines). The returns division informed us immediately of the condition
of the return which was completely empty and with no signs of leakage. Please refer to photo attached.

We have read customers complaint and we will like to express our sincerest apologies for the non-received package and the frustration while attempting to contact our Customer Service DepartmentUnfortunately, we do experience high call volume that causes longer hold times for our customers,
