I was illegally tricked into signing a year long contract for a personal trainerI used the service for about months before my personal trainer left and I didn't want to continue my service with themWhen I called to cancel my contract they told me that I had signed a year long contract, even though I had no knowledge of thisI did not see a copy of the contract before I signed it (they had me sign on an electronic pad)When I told them that I had been given information before signing it they told me that there was nothing that they could do and then acknowledged that I should've been given more information when I was signing upHowever, even after they acknowledged that they still told me that there was nothing that they could do

I had a problem with my membership and credit card problem so I was charged a late fee as penaltyI got it fix and the gave golds at the time my banking information and they would wave my feeWell it happen again because they still had my credit card on file and charged me another late fee and membership duesI asked to speak to the manager where he said pay and it would be given back in a couple daysPhones call and a couple months and still havent got itMy membership number is *** and am tired of the ring aroundI would like to have my membership back and continue as soon as this is resolved

I cancelled my membership middle of November and a week later I received a random charge of $ I called their billing and club to find out it is for personal training I cancelled my mebership before this and am not even in the same state and absolutely never requested personal training services! I called to get it fixes and was told I would get called back and that never happened

This company has a separate company handling its billing (*** ***) I have had more run-arounds between them both in the past year I finally cancelled my membership For example, my credit card company suspended my card temporarily for what they thought was a fraudulent charge; as a result, my monthly payment didn't go through I contacted the club the same day, but they told me I had to call *** *** *** *** charged me a $"late" fee! What they really want is the routing number straight to your bank account and if you want to use a credit card you are penalized with all kinds of late fees Cancelling is another hassle; the club says you have to go through *** ***, *** *** says to contact the club In the meantime your fees are racking up

On 2-25-*** *** signed an agreement to cancel my membership at the Avondale facility with no cancellation fee and sign up at the Downtown facility for $down and first payment is scheduled to be made on 3-18-which includes the $annual fee and the $fee for the amount of $so instead of waiting to pay on the scheduled date I just paid up for it in full on 2-25-on receipt number *** On 3-02-I was charged the monthly fee for the Avondale facility of $so I contacted the Manager(Jared) at the time and he stated to come in and bring my receipts So I went in on 3-10-and spoke with Jared and *** and they both guaranteed me I should receive my money back and when I called back Jared was no longer at the facility anymore and *** was out of the office Than on 4-12-I was charged again for $so on 4-18-I contacted EOS downtown and spoke with *** and explained that I was once again charged for the annual fee of $and

I was coerced into sign a contract for six month without being informed on how difficult it would be to cancelThe person who signed me on informed me after I signed the contract that if I cancelled that I would need to provide a day notice in which I did by email and when I emailed my letter of cancellation they sent me an email stating that my last day of service was going to be June 10th and that my last bank draft was going to be on May 10th, so all this time I thought my services were cancelled as I told them that I was moving out of the areaThen they took more money out of my bank account after June 10th for personal training 128.00/ twice a month without my knowledge and authorization so I went to my bank and cancelled by ATM card so they started taking money from my checking accountThen they started up my membership again without my authorization and started charging me for monthly membership of starting in JulyThey did not charge me for the month of June thoug

so someone stole my information and had a membership at this gym in my name they then sold or had a collection collect the debt I sent my police report to the collection company and they refuse to do anything eos doesnt even have a number to speak with anyone about the situation

I attempted to attend this gym during my so called free week! I was not shown how to use the equipment and had to practically bed someone to help I spoke with Warren and informed him that I wanted to cancel immedialty He stated that it was taken care of WRONG!!! On 7/28/money was removed from my account for the monthly fee Called Warren on the phone again and gave me confirmation number of So what happens? TODAY THE $ANNUAL FEE WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT! Attempted to call and text Warren....blew me off! I called the billing department and was informed that my account was still active! Lies all Lies from Warren!! Give me my money back!

It should not take up to business days to return my money for someone else's mistake After reading through the complaints I can say this definitely isn't the first time this has happened to someone

EOS Fitness finally addressed my complaint with a satisfactory resultUnfortunately, it took me to inform the management of their tempe, az, location, that I was willing to notify upper management and executives of what incurred
Lesson learned: should you think that you were mistreated or ignored after several emails and phone calls, the consumer has the power to change things

I was triple charged on my account and charged late fees on top of thatWhen I called the lady on the phone was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help! I like my gym but hate the billing issues this is the second time it happens and after calling the billing agency that is supposed to charge me they said it is the clubs fault for charging me like if I went there to make a paymentSo at the end its the Scottsdale location itself that is double charging and then are being rude afterwards!

I am writing this review so anyone that signs up for the four month personal training contract are fully aware of the termsWhen initialing signing up for the agreement they neglect to inform you that you will be charged a full billing cycle after your agreement has endedThis non transparent style of billing is unethicalTrainers are good they are all very knowledgeableIt is unfortunate that this is EOS business style

Horrible Customer Service, been fighting with them for months because they mistakenly charged my account numerous times and now have $tied up with themThey take no responsibility for their issuesThey are more about getting a high quantity of people in rather than provide a great service

When I signed up with EOS I went in with concerns regarding reviews I read on *** and made Steven A*** aware of my concerns involving their billing and contractsI was re assured that I would not experience any of these issuesI used two different debit cards one to set up with my monthly membership fee and another to pay for the personal trainerI was told the card information I used for the personal trainer would not be saved and the only charge would be that day for four months of a trainer paid in fullMy experience with the trainer was very disappointing and after two sessions I called Steven to be switched to a new trainer, I never received one nor a follow up phone callThen I noticed on my bank statement of the card that wasn't supposed to be saved two charges of $At this point I am done with this gym I have been disappointed and to many errors on their endI take the time go into my location to discuss the unauthorized charges and a refund of the remaining balanc

I signed up for a membership with EOS Fitness, at the ** * *** *** *** ** *** location I was able to walk in and pay a deposit in person to become a member At the time I also signed up to work with a personal trainer I was very happy with my service, until I moved and then tried to cancel my membership
I spoke with a customer service rep at the gym and was informed that I could not cancel my membership in the gym He gave me a number to call to cancel, *** I called the number and was instantly taken to a voice mail recording The recording said to leave a message with my reason for calling, name, membership and phone numbers, and that a representative would return my call within two days I was never given an option to connect to customer assistance I left all the information as requested, stating that I was moving and would no longer be able to attend the gym I never heard back from anyone regarding my request

In November of 2015, my friend signed us up for EOS Fitness in Tempe which was opening in January, She registered and paid for both of us In February of 2016, there was a misunderstanding about Silver Sneakers so we decided to cancel our membership Since I was working full time and unable to go into the center, my friend cancelled for both of us EOS kept withdrawing payment from her account She talked with them again and they did cancel her membership but kept taking payment for me out of her account until August of when she closed that account I then started getting messages from their financial group that I owed them moneyI talked with someone in October from the financial office I have never been to the gym-I don’t even know where it is! She informed me that I had to cancel it; however, since my friend was allowed to apply for my membership , she should also be able to cancel it
