I joined EOS fitness in Jan I attempted to cancel my membership May and was told I didn't have a memebreship, I was only assigned a day pass when I signed upI asked to speak with a manger because the person at the counter couldn't find me in the computer, I was told there was no manger on site and she handed a paper with an number to call to cancel my membershipI called the number given to me, and they were unable to locate any information on meI was required to call back with the dates and amounts of withdrawals from my bank accounts, I did, and they still could not find anything with my nameI called the *** AZ location back, and once again, was told there was no manager there and she took my number and said they would call me back, no call back receivedI called again, left another message with a new phone number (I relocated) and was told someone would need to call me backOn 7/20/I was finally able to speak with Sebastin D*** who said it was h

I have always been taught that any communication with the intent to deceive is a lie I was contacted via text by Keith, who is a salesperson for EOS Fitness in Mesa On multiple occasions, he told me that "$dollar starts your membershipToday only." I ultimately decided to join the gym I later learned that I would be charged $plus an additional $"administrative fee." They also advertise that there is no contract term, "month to month, no commitment." I then learned that there is a day cancellation policy and a $cancellation fee My friend was told the same lies When I called the manager (Kevin H***) to complain about the bait and switch, he only made excuses He said it is Gym policy, it is in the contract, and there is nothing he could do about it
After going to the gym nearly every day for a month, I learned that certain areas of the gym are off limits They will no longer allow us to use the aerobics room, although there are no classes going on
