Rocket Mortgage and Quicken Loans made it VERY EASY for me to refinance at a low rate, I couldn't believe how easy and quick it wasThey were so helpful and fast to respond with any questions I had (and yes I had several)
You do have to do some work on your end, you will spend a little time uploading the documents they need, but you would have to do that anywhere you go for a loan or Re-finance
The Team that worked with me was VERY, VERY HELPFUL, the loan was funded without any issues and the money was in my account in just under weeks, INCREDIBLE!!!!!
If I had to do it again, I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING!!

1We refinance our home at a great interest rate, we had a great lady name Nadine who helped us get prepared for this process which was different and kind of scary My how things change with processing online application and at closing even came to our home to close This was so amazing and we would recommend Quicken Lone the way to go Thanks for everything ????
I had a pre-approval in just a few minutes, after paying a $appraisal feeThat immediately raised suspicionI submitted all the required documentation and the "to-do" list was quickly getting checked off, enter another lending officerNow I have to submit all the same documents againIncessant phone calls requesting documents that I already sent when I work hours overnight and have a yroldAfter I complained about this, enter a third Quicken employee and repeatFive people were involved with the processing of my loanNumerous times I received final approval letters and congratulatory phone calls and emails just to get a call the next day saying that they are trying to get the loan to approval but need one more document, which you guessed it, I had already sentI received a grant through the Affordable Home Ownership program in my countyThey had no idea what to do with thatThey even asked me to call the agency to have them revise the wording of my grant letterI don't know if that was actually straightened out or notThe final dealing with this nonsense was a Monday morning when one of the loan officers sent the final numbers to the Community Development Agency/AHP and I in the form of an emailNow we are ready to close....or so I thoughtThe very next morning, a different person calls me and says he is sorry for not contacting me as he has been outHe says the loan is on his desk and we need to see what we can do to get it back to approvalThat was enough for meAlso, in this process I was told many different times that legal documents they have "say this, but we need them to say this." I took that as though they were asking me to fabricate legal documentsI don't know of any other way to take thatWent with a local lender who got the Quicken file and looked at the problems with their actual underwriter to make sure there weren't going to be any problems before they would even take an application from meEven though your appraisal money is not refundable, if it was an FHA loan, the appraisal has to be transferred by law
THIS WAS TRULY ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH GETTING A LOANEVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULIF WE NEEDED A QUESTION ANSWERED WE GOT IT ANSWEREDIT DIDN'T TAKE FOREVER EITHERWOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND QUICKEN LOANS TO ANYONE
