Duane is by far par the most pleasant, friendly and courteous person that I have had the pleasure of conversing with over the past months of my loan process It was a pleasure working with him At times when it appeared that my loan was not going anywhere he would call me and walk me through the process The other team members did their job well but it was business as usual for them, I felt like I was another loan for them to process
Kudos to Duane, he called be back after the loan was completed, I have not heard back from the others This is what separate a good staff from an excellent employee

The staff at Paramount Mortgage were very helpful from start to finish during my refinancing of my house Plus they gave us a great rate for a year loan The staff that helped us from start to finish is David Fernandes and Shae Richardson Both were very informative and processed the loan agreement at a fast rateThey provide EXCELLENT customer service and were quick to turn around any emails that we sent to them regarding any questions on our loan or informing us the status of the loan I recommend this company to anyone who would want to refinance their home

I spoke with Kyle who was eager to take my personal information such as SS # and tax infoHe then stated he has to go and work on my loan request and will call me back in minutesWell days went by among numerous messages to Kyle at Quicken Loans regarding to at least let me know what is going on...I finally received a call from another loan officer who was apologetic
I also own a A+ accredited Revdex.com company and would never think of doing this to any of my clientsI feel that Quicken Loans is to big to fail type of a company therefore can afford to be slow to respond and give the feeling that you are begging for moneyI refused to do business with Quicken Loans and I fired them as my loan providerI decided to just go about what I was doing before I got their letter of solicitation and pay off my debt myself
Since the firing of Quicken Loans I have been harassed so much with different loan officers that I had to block their numberIf it continues I will go to the Attorney General and file harassment charges on this company This is an ego driven company preying on people with on the edge creditStay away

Quicken came through well for me during the mortgage processThey closed my loan in just under daysI did find them a little high in closing costs and the original numbers were a little more than I expected, and was originally toldHowever, they were always available to answer questions and everything went smoothlyWould use them again
I called for information about first time home buying and the person I spoke to was horrible he was far from genuineI called to asked questions and all he cared about was getting my social I asked about the qualifications for the program and he talked about it telling me General guidelines so after being pressured to give up my social Security number they ran my credit and asked a few other questions and told I didn't qualify because I don't pay rent I just pay taxes on my family's homeI should have read reviews before I called MrTony Rhodes
