I don't usually go out of my way to "review" a service, but I was so impressed with everyone and everything with Quicken Loans, that I felt it was absolutely necessary to say something!! First of all, everyone I worked with was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so easy to work with - the online chat was great, and the follow up from this team was incredible I was truly impressed with the customer service level and how quickly they were able to move my "refinance" along -- You do everything online and via phone (except of course for appraisal & closing) but they set up the closing and send someone to your houeasy!! A friend recommended them to me, so on a whim I called to ask some questions and within a month, I was already closing on a re-finance that turned my years left on mortgage down to a year mortgage and saving over $a month on the mortgage payment - so, I'm paying off my house years sooner & I am saving money!!!! I am sad to see some negative reviews, but can only speak from my own experience - I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Quicken Loans and I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat
I have to say, having owned homes this was one of the best experiences I have ever hadI was with Wells Fargo, for years, whom I have nothing good to say about and Quicken Loans refinanced my loanFrom Mike Min loans to Caitlen as my adviser to everyone along the way was courteous, professional, understanding, helpful and comforting when I did get anxious! I would refer them to anyone and everyoneAlso, a very organized companyEven my appraiser said they were the most organized company she had ever worked withThey give you a QL online to follow every step, but if there is a issue, you feel comfortable calling and they encourage you toCan't say enough!!

Everyone on the entire Quicken staff that I had dealt with, worked tirelessly, acted professionally, and swiftly in completing my refinance within days…It was truly amazing! I was told that I probably was one of the fastest customers to have closed a refinance in under two weeks I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who asks, or even speaks of buying /refinancing within earshot of me!!

From the moment the loan process started until now (STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ESCROW REFUND), I have been lied to over and over The only reason I continued through the process was to get it over with since my wife I had invested so much time, energy, and effort to get this done There are so many issues, concerns, lies, I could write a novel A horrible experience

Me and my husband just purchased our first home through Quicken! Our experience was very positive every person that we spoke with was very friendly and helpful and they always responded in a very timely manner I will definitely give Quicken a rating of stars!!
Overall, I have to say that my experience with Quicken was very good They kept things updated in the 'To Do' tab, especially things that were needed from me Usually there was a 2-day delay from the time they received a document until it was considered complete My only complaint, which isn't their fault, is that they didn't start following up and hounding the VA inspector/appraiser until the inspection report was past due The people were always very nice and good at getting back to me quickly if I didn't speak with them directly I didn't particularly like the messaging board at first but it ended up being a good way to communicate
