Overall, Quicken Loans offered a good process, but in need of polishing if they are to advertise about their speedI did find Quicken to be a better option than our credit union because their closing fees were lower by $and I got a lower rate for the same loan
Two Issues:
1.) The client service coordinator did not look into our file to verify if they had received all our paperwork, and then called us to notify us that it was never sentThis was not trueI asked her to check, she stated she did and it was not sentI forwarded her an email from Quicken showing that the document WAS sent, as verified by their officeThis sounds trivial, but this was on her plate and she did not process the papers on time, resulting in a day delay in closing our loan
2.) Also I had to call Quicken to request a phone call from the notary to confirm closing timeQuicken left me a phone message with the notary's phone number and told ME to "reach out to" the notaryThis is not customer service!
While those communication issues were irritating, the overall loan process was efficientI submitted a review to Quicken and hopefully they will address those issues so the next customer will have a more seamless experience

We were using Quicken for our existing home loan as well, so wanted to stay with them with our new home purchase when we were asked to relocateI have to say the experience was greatI thought it would be harder to close one and immediately start a new, but the people at Quicken took care of everything and it went very smooth and we were able to close on the new house on time
I used them to buy my last homeFrom start to finish it was the easiest processIf I had a question they were there to answer itI would recomend them to anyoneThough I worked with three different people during this process they were all very helpful
Quicken Loans (QL) responsiveness is impressiveI entered something online and was immediately contactedI decided to go with QL after checking with my current lender for a RefiThe process was quick and my only concern was the amount of emails and texts and calls I was getting whenever QL needed something - it was overkill and at times annoyingMy only complaint - I had to do a split closing due to my spouse being temporarily out of stateI was informed about a $fee for the split closing late in the gameThe fee to me was a nuisance fee QL should absorb given the amount of interest I will eventually pay to them
Quicken loans was great with my loan moved quickly and was with me every step of the way I sent an email they'd respond promptly Adam was great a big help then Keven continued to help and was also great they made this move very easy for meI'd recommend quicken loans to anyone looking to purchaseEven before closing they found EVERY credit that was available to me to make my out of pocket cost less!!! They're awesome!!!!!! Thanks a million
Rocket mortgage was the best mortgage I've ever gone through Easy to do on my time and if I had any questions they were quick to respond They helped me when my bank screwed up and they were the only ones willing to help me They had great service As a single mother of two I'm very thankful to them
My experience was very good Easy to follow the steps and if I ever had questions along the way Cory Bwas more than happy to assist As a first time home buyer I would highly recommend The realtor and title agent also let me know that they love working with Quicken Loans, and that they were on top of things
