Going with Quicken was exactly what I neededMy initial few calls went smoothlyUploading docs to a site and checking for actions was so easy that most things needed were resolved in minutesA rep, assigned to my refi, was very good and followed up with me every couple of days even though there were no actions for meSigning the closing papers was simple and the Notary was highly qualified to explain the docs
The whole process was fairly quick, made sense and I'd do it all again with Quicken
I refinanced two pieces of properties with them They were responsive and reasonable with their fees Any concerns were addressed immediately The loan process was easy I will use them again
My wife and I are both extremely pleased and satisfied with the professional and personal experiences with working together with the entire staff who put together our loan package

I want to advise potential QL customers not to sign up for their serviceThey are untruthful and are very difficult to deal with if you ever need to file insurance claim or your houseI had damage in Florida from Hurrican Irma and after fighting with my insurance company to get claim paid, ceck was issue to me and QL which is normalMy problem is QL will not release my check back to me to pay contractors after they told me on phone no problem send it to us , we will indose it and send it back to youTHESE ARE MY FUNDS TO FIX MY HOUSE>>> QL is total a bunch of liars and are attempting to steal my money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY !

Absolutely would not recommend, while home searching and talking to a few local realtors, I was warned to not get my loan through this company for various reasonsThe main reason being that they will deny your loan right before you are supposed to closeWhich is exactly what happened to meI wish I would have listened to everyoneI hope nobody else has to find out the hard way, like meIt’s very sad that such a horrible buisiness has an A+ as a ratingBecause this is by far the case
I have been with this mortgage company for yearsThey contacted me to refinance and were very pushy on getting it done now now nowWe did decide to go aheadHad an appraisal done which was assigned by them-John MartellHis appraisal came in about $less than anticipatedWas actually $5k less than the one in 2014, though we had done some updatingI contacted him and he said he felt bad for us and would re-look at the appraisal if Quicken would allow itThe first person I contacted about this was Boyd Adams, the client care specialist appointed to meHe almost immediately said they would not have him take a look at the loanThen I contacted Yale Rosen , the banker, who said Boyd should not even be involved with that process and is not licensed to to soLong story short, submitted a dispute, heard nothing for quite some time, then was contacted by Michael in the department where disputes are handledHe was very rude, would not even have the appraiser take another lookso, I MOVED MY LOAN TO JG WENTWORTH and am so happy! The appraiser just came to my house and appraised my home at $38,more than MartellHow?? I cleaned my house and staged it as if to sell it, and invested $in my backyard and had the home painted...ALL THINGS THAT SHOULDN'T REALLY MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCEGoodbye Quicken!
All my mortgage issued where address accordingly regarding my biweekly payment plan and escrow account with easy document upload on line for immediate attention
The team was on top of their gameThey were always engaged and would follow up through this processThe team was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude to help and delivered in closing on time with no issuesThank You!
We found Quicken Loans Rocket Mortgage to be an excellent way to secure a home They were extremely helpful, commu,I cared often and clearly, and provided our closing within days Mark Grillo and Joel A lot were awesome Much more personable than most bankers Easiest closing we've had, everA++++
