Express Auto & Tire Reviews (10907)

My wife and I purchased a 2nd home in North Carolina and the whole Quicken Loans team was great! They worked hard with us to close within our timeline of 26-daysWe understood that it would also require work on our part to help make the deadline, which meant great communication
We very much appreciated the online technology that Quicken Loans usesIt made things very convenient and we could work on things in the evening and they would be there for them in the morning and they always processed things within hours and kept us notified
Patrick (senior mortgage banker) and Billy (our senior purchase specialist) were great to work withPatrick even gave me his cell phone to call him if we ran into any problems
Great team and great work!
Thank you for all your help and support on us closing on our 2nd home in 26-days!

Quicken loans was very timely in their review of our loan application All of the representatives and subcontractors (appraiser & closing attorney) were very courteous and professional and gave us the highest confidence in their abilities The Quicken Loans representatives always kept us in the loop as to their progress and stayed in constant contact The website was very easy to use and uploading documents to the website was very easy The timeliness if the closing was unbelievable From loan application (6/6) to loan closing (7/18) was only days That is great in my book The interest rate and closing costs were the lowest we found in our quest for a refinance We give quicken out highest marks for a job well done

Excellent all around! Great company to deal withExtremely professional! Thanks

I called to make a payment for July (August was also due bc I was behind) and would pay August in a few days The csr (said his name was Julian) asked me if I was living in the house and if it was being maintained? What? I just asked to make a payment so why are you asking me off and weird questions about my house? What does that have to do with me wanting to make a payment? I usually pay by checking account but decided to pay by Western Union this time but needed a code to go with the payment and he said Western Union was not an option for me since I owe months? Its 8/and Western Union is same day He refused to take my checking account payment unless I included August I spoke to his supervisor (Angela, she said) and she was more rude and aggressive and also refused the payment and asked why I am only paying July and if I had the money then I should just pay both months when I just said I would pay in a few days She also asked me if I planned on selling the house??? I did not entertain anymore invasive questions and asked to speak to her supervisor which she refused She said I had to answer financial questions for minutes about my income and debt for an analysis to see if they could set up a payment plan I never asked for a payment plan all I wanted to do was pay a month I hung up and used the automated system to pay July and it took the payment What a joke, worst customer service I have ever encountered period Why all the personal questions? Why not take a mortgage payment? Seems like they want you to get more behind so they can try and foreclose the property Why else would a mortgage company not want your payment?

Worked with me through a difficult mortgageSpecial kudos for Carson Mwho really worked to make it happenI was able to obtain a VA loan for myself and husband, a disabled Vietnam VetIt was hard for me to do all the paperwork and such, but Carson never lost patience with meGood experience at QUICKEN loans

they started out pleasant and helpful but some of there work was sloppythey did just enough work to get the application approved they just used my ss income and wife income but didn't bother to include my considerable other income and did a poor job of explaining the timing of the payouts

Quick and painless loan process Our team was excellent and communicated with us We will use Quicken again

I was offer a FHA loan and QL my FICO was not the best but it was what I needed to get the loan but after days and days and days and days and days of given my time and efforts to please the underwriters I was told some BS if this how you treat all disable Vets at your company, there is a lot more I can say but so I WILL END WITH THIS I AM A NAVY VET I EARN THE RESPECT ATLEAST TO LISTEN TO ME

So far I'm firmly in the negative camp I'm doing a refi just to take advantage of a good rate environment And, we decided to shorten our loan term to make it better line up with our expected retirement timeline
I decided to try this due to the initial pitch and assurances of how easy it would be to deal with them Our loan is not complicated The loan to value is very attractive (we have a lot of equity in the home), it's a primary residence Both my wife and I have good credit We are both employed although technically I'm "self employed" because I am a partial owner/partner in my employer
In any case, the document requirements keep changing And after initial assurances that they would not need corp tax returns, they then wanted them Then they kept adding document requirements So, I get frustrated and start researching them online which I wish I had done before hand) and what I am learning is that they are totally untrustworthy and am now concerned about possible bait and switch on the final loan That is (if we get there) At this point, I wish I had never given these guys a shot and would prefer just to get a refund (they required a good faith deposit up front)
We will see if they turn this around with at least good loan terms But, now concerned as they apparently bait and switch often based on other reviews I've now read

Very smooth, seamless refi My current lender wanted tons of financial info and fees Quicken was much easier and had a better rate Only lender I have found that doesn't treat the self employed like a leper

Overall a pleasant experienceThe ONLY delay was due to the appraiser, and no fault of Quicken LoansI would definitely work with them again!

Quicken Loans was a great company in helping us with our first home loanThe agents were courteous, very efficient and were great with any questions that we hadI would recommend them to anyone who is needing a home loan!

My experience with Quicken Loans from beginning to end was wonderful Each person I dealt with was professional, personable and very understanding of my questions Responses were timely I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who needs a loan
God Bless each of you for all the good work you do for US! Thank you!

Go local, if you canUnderwriting refused to answer questionsI worked with too many different people and new agents were introduced without my being informedThe process was needlessly convoluted and protractedMy seller was patient otherwise Quicken would've lost me my house

I had a great experience with Quicken LoansVery friendly staff and always got back to me in a reasonable time

Everyone on the entire Quicken staff that I had dealt with, worked tirelessly, acted professionally, and swiftly in completing my refinance within days…It was truly amazing! I was told that I probably was one of the fastest customers to have closed a refinance in under two weeks I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who asks, or even speaks of buying /refinancing within earshot of me!!
LOL
They were terrific!!!

The entire team of people we worked with was efficient outgoing and professionalIt made the loan experience fairly painlessThey made the effort to contact us with every needed step and checked in even if nothing was needed

To date I have been on the 'buyer' side of financing or refinancing at least and and on the 'seller' side of real estate transactions involving land, commercial, personal residential, single family rental, and apartment buildings, I can say my most recent refinancing experience with Quicken Loans is absolutely among the top three or four smoothest transactions I have experienced
Kudos to whoever designed and built their modelI am used to doing business face to face with a live person and had some early reservations about conducting a real estate transaction entirely online until the final document(s) signing, but from early on in the process, I saw advantages to the electronic communications
Questions can be asked and answers received in a timely fashion without playing the previously frequent 'phone tag' game or trying to find the 'right' person to talk toIf a question came up in the middle of the night, a question could be posted and an answer would be received the next morning; and if the question needs to be escalated to another individual, it can be forwarded internally by QL to the right person to respond
I was able to scan and electronically send copies of all required supporting documents without the hassles of hand delivery, mailing or resorting to costly overnight delivery to speed up the process
And finally, when I did speak to someone by phone they were always courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional

My wife and I are both extremely pleased and satisfied with the professional and personal experiences with working together with the entire staff who put together our loan package
We cannot thank you enough!!!

It was a lengthy process due to unforeseen complications, but I was very pleased with the quick responses to my concernsMy original contact person, Dominic Arnold, went above and beyond to reassure me that things would work out well
