Was treated horribly by their customer service on several occasionsThey harass you with sales calls and do nothing but lie to you and makes empty promisesThen when you don't hear back about they don't do what they say they will do, they ignore calls and speak to you very rudely when you finally do get someone on phoneGot treated with nothing but a bad attitude and lies! Completely lacks follow through

The website is very easy to use to e-sign and view your documentsThe entire process is quick and painlessI think that Quicken Loans is the best thing since sliced bread, and I have highly recommended them to friends and family over the yearsI love the fact that they track your loan, and if a better opportunity comes along to refinance at a lower rate, they contact you to see if a new deal makes sense for you with no pressureAs with anything in this world, you the consumer - must be proactive and check your emails every day while the loan is in process and take the necessary steps (water tests, uploading the documents they require) if you want to keep the process rolling along without any delaysThere is one 'constructive criticism' that I have shared with Quicken over the years - I wish they had live loan support 24/I work an off shift and sometimes had to get up early or stay up late to speak directly to someone on my customer care or loan closing teamEmail is fine, but sometimes folks have a question that cannot wait until the office opens in the morningOther than that one small gripe, Quicken Loans has always surpassed my expectations and treated me like a valued customerFIVE STARS!

Great company, quick and easy loan closing

The Quicken loans team was super responsive through the entire process The worked to provide me the lowest rate possible I would absolutely use them again

I've refinanced twice now with Quicken and found the process easy to navigate and completely transparent

This is our first experience using an online mortgage loan company and must say that it worked without a hitch The system of uploading and downloading the required documentation was straight forward and worked smoothly That is not to say that it did not require some time and effort on our part to complete but that is to be expectedThe folks at Quicken Loans were very helpful and willing to work with us to move things alongI would definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends

Like a boiler room That is the impression and feeling I am left with after being had by a Quicken loam repFrom the very start there was pressure to move the loan forward by completing e-documents that were not detailed Then pressure to complete the assessment by paying up front 1% of the loam amount He would seem so polite and encouraging, but never once did he say the money paid for assessment was non refundable if you decided not to go with Quicken I paid $on a Friday, and Monday morning my money was gone with no services rendered I changed my mind after seeing the numbers continue to change from what was agreed upon including closing costs As a veteran I feel I did not have a fighting chance against these people They demand a high degree of honesty documented by me, but they are practiced liars themselves

Refinance took longer than anticipatedThey requested same paperwork numerous times that had already been submitted via mail and fax.Dealt with more than one person which is what I believe was the confusion on paperwork
