I have been amazed throughout two refinances with Quicken Loans The second refinance was because they saw they could get me a lower interest rate, so THEY CALLED ME! They truly care more about helping their customers than getting an extra point out of me over thirty years Amazing in this day and age

The only con I came across was the loan options, I later found out I would qualify for a rural loan but QL does not offer theseThey also do not offer a loan to cover any fix up expenses
