My experience with Quicken Loans was mixedThe rate I received was very good and all of my initial questions were answered quicklyHowever, it took almost months to finally close on my loan and the projected loan amount fluctuated regularly without a clear explanation as to whyI refinanced my current mortgage so that I can pay it off years earlier but the closing costs seemed pretty high

my only issue I ever had was with the "closing Specialist" this person did not communicate with the previous employee I had contacted to get information they had about closing cost creditsthis meant my original cost to close was much higher than I was originally told by my purchase specialistthe problem was eventually fixed but it caused me a lot of stress and time at work I had to be on the phone instead of doing my jobi never once met a representative in person from quicken loans
