My husband and I applied for a refinance loan on December 23, and actually closed and recorded on January 13, Throughout the process, our mortgage banker, underwriter and closing team communicated timely and professionally Our closing costs were within the range of the other three major banks and applied discounts whenever possible We are truly amazed at how simple the process was and extremely satisfied with the interest rate, mortgage product and payment plan offered We highly recommend Quicken Loan to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home

We would never recommend Quicken Loans to anyone...they do not stand behind their customers They all must have gone to the same academy of "Quicken Loans" because they all have the same old story We were accepted by them to get our loan but after getting a total runaround we pulled out of the deal and are going with our local credit union Stay with your local loan companies and/or banks Our appraiser came from out of town and didn't have a clue about our market here BEWARE!
My experience with our refinance with Quicken Loans was the easiest, painless ever No fuss, we just sent them what they wanted to see and contacts to verify and they did the rest It took just days to complete our new yr loan and our payment is still less than we had before The people were professional and obviously knew what they were doing Thank you Quicken Loans for getting us in a very positive position with paying our house off early Love it!
Our experience with Quicken Loans was absolutely unbelievable They were always there for you, questions and explanations were always never a problem From this experience I would never go to a bank...these people are always on top of each step all the way to the end With emails and having a fax machine is always a great way of communications There's no doubt in our minds that you too would highly appreciate and recommend Quicken Loans
My experience with Quicken loans is a little mixed The amount of info needed to be submitted seemed a little over the top I do understand regulations but...Also my customer care person hardly ever contacted me, it was usually an associate calling on her behalf The mortgage broker, Katrina was GREAT and Jerry Nammour was SUPER and understanding of my frustrations All in all it resulted in a positive outcome
They all worked with each other to help meet my needs for the loanI could e mail or call at anytimeMost everything was done my fax or phone which was great
