What a task to go through getting a loanThe process like any loan was exhaustingBeyond the information Quicken accumulated and the many pages of faxes to them, the overall ordeal was goodYou must have patience and not get too frustrated & you'll be fineWhenever you have to get bank statements go to the bank in person to have them print them outThe online prints lack informationI'd give Quicken an overall rating of B++at the end they could have been faster to give an appraisal but other then that, James Debartolo was excellentAlso Diant'e Hubbard was greatBoth get high scoresThanks Quicken, I'll be back

Rocket Quicken Loans is by far the best Loan experience my wife and I have ever had Customer service was spot on from my first inquiry through closing and funding
I started my inquiry to an ad, just curious to find current ratesQuicken sounded very good, though I delayed for days, shopping with our current lender (refi with cash out), and a few othersI then applied with Quicken July 12, signed Closing on Aug 3, and was funded, as advertised Aug Best interest rate and very low points
In my over years of buying real estate, I was amazed at the efficiency of the entire process; always helpful and courteous staff; the ease and accuracy of collecting all required documents; all completed online until the :min of signing Closing papersI doubt any others can duplicate their process, even if many may try to imitate itI would still be submitting more docs with my current lender!

ALL your staff, Jackson, Penny, etc etc etc were great to work with even with soooo many steps, documents, phone calls, emails, etcthe process went quickly
AND this may lend the opportunity to discuss the etc etc etc There are just TOOOOOO many folks to deal with and it gets VERY confusing as to who they are and what their process is in making the loan happen Would be nice to cut down the # of folks we deal with, but if that slows the process then nevermind!
Overall, a good review! Many good aspects of the process and some very good people trying to resolve issues and answer questions There were some communication breakdowns about the interest rate and some information the day before closing that was disappointing for us I would recommend Quicken to other people because they really worked at helping me and made some exceptions to pull the loan together Thank you Quicken!
