They took the mystery out of the process, made me feel that I was their most important customer The whole team was professional and courteous!

My husband and I had a very positive experience with Quicken LoansWe are confident we made the right decision

I have done business with Quicken loans for many years and the experience has always been great and truly Amazing

No problems Good communication sFaster than I thought

I applied for a mortgage with Quicken from my hospital bed They called me immediately and started the process Within about two weeks it was completed I've never had such a fast, pleasant experience in my life This was amazing

We were referred to Quicken Loans because it was 'easy.' I thought being online, we can handle all documents and issues whenever we had spare time
The process of pre-approval was quick and easyScanned a few documents and we were off and runningOnce we found a home and went into contract, that's when the nightmare startedEVERY single day, there was a request for new documents to be uploadedI was fine with that and understoodThe problem was hat they wanted a checking statement nearly everydayI clicked a button to link my account and give them accessThis wasn't enoughThey wanted me to upload statementsI did that, but was called every day and informed this wasn't correct and not what they neededI'd upload more, then called the next dayI uploaded more, still not enoughI linked accounts a total of times but they still were searching for somethingI had all the money for closing in my savings and it was untouched for monthsThey still were looking for something in my checking but couldn't tell me what it was
During the process, you get shuffled to many different peopleAnd they are just talking heads who have no clue what is neededThe underwriters submit requests and nobody knows why or what they are looking forEvery day, more documentsEvery day a phone callEvery day a request for the same documents I've uploaded many timesFinally, they told me they needed to see all checks cleared in my checkingIt's my checking! I use it daily!!!! Long story short, get your bank statements, tax returns and pay stubs, and go to a brick and mortar bank and hand that to themSit down and get it done in one dayQuicken has been the worst experience of our livesWe live in fear of buying lunch with our checking because quicken will see it and want to know what we are doing

I was very happy with my loan

I thought the process to do a refinance with Quicken Loans was painless When my rep went on vacation, I received notice of an alternative person to call if I had questions

I'm very satisfied with the all process in my loan with Quicken LoansThe only thing they should have a more professional appraisal companyEverything else great

Horrible companyThey are very misleading and never ever pay any money up frontIf you pay them anything you will never get a refund

Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable! We had no issues at all!

Stay away, this company is a waste of timeFirst agent was nice the rest throughout the process were rude and didn't seem to careThey avoid answering the phone if they don't have any updatesBut if you have no other choice but this company avoid "Yvonne Jones" she is by far the worst

I was so pleased and so impressed by my recent interaction with Quicken Loan that I felt it both necessary and obligatory to reach out to you and offer some positive feedback
Often in my business life I have noted that others and myself tend to only go to great lengths to discuss a business when we feel insulted or offendedI wanted to do just the opposite and discuss how I appreciated being treated by a true professional
Joe Mathews, (one of Quicken Loan’s Mortgage Bankers) initially answered questions, listened to my comments, approached me with patience, professional protocol, and demonstrated both ethics beyond reproach and candid discussion of my optionsHe followed through until I was completely satisfied and could no longer find a reason NOT to do business with QuickenI was so impressed with many of their team members, but Joe was the most helpful and always demonstrated a “customer is always right” attitude along with helpful advice and information along the way
I could talk endlessly about convenience of a closing at my home, about initial questioning to loan closing in days, or even about how exciting it was to know I was taking a step in the right direction for my financial future, but let me stop talking about me and start talking about Joe Mathews and Quicken! (I was a chance refinance customer translating into a year fixed conventional mortgage from a year Fixed FHA mortgage- this was the first time I had ever talked to or emailed with someone from Quicken, I just happened to reach out to them on a website, and once I began discussion with Joe, he made me aware of all the reasons why I needed to do the refi)
In this era of millennials entering the workforce, Quicken has done it RIGHTThey have communicated with and harnessed passion of their young peopleThat is the challenge presented over and over in America, and Quicken has done it in spades Their use of technology, their (obvious) training program and the excellence of their communication with customers is not only amazing, but a shining beacon of why American Workers are the best in the world and helping to make both Detroit and America Great!!
I seldom have contacted a Revdex.com, even to complain about bad treatment or wrongful fraud, but I must, in all good conscience, offer legitimate praise and request that Quicken Loan’s reputation be shown to reflect this excellent individual, Joe Mathews, and the training, skill level, & professionalism demonstrated by not only him, but all the others who were all exemplary in their performance of their tasks

Back in February of this year my husband and I started house hunting I own a home that my family rents from me The mortgage is through Quicken so I decided to stay with them The first team got the ball rollingNot to bad for a couple weeks Then, all of a sudden a different team takes over They don't seem to have all the paper work you sent the first team Ok, resend againIt's starting to get stressfulWe pre-qualifyNow comes time for the appraisal Oh, by the way this was an FHA loan Crazy rules!!! that's another story The appraiser had us repair at least eight different things he found wrong Get this, paint a rusted clothesline pole that wasn't even on the property Paint an entire furnace roomScrape and paint an entire deck and the best is this one Change over from a septic system to the town sewer system Ok no problem except the borough has no plans in the immediate future to do this! We said we will in the future but it is not feasible at this time Well he would not accept this Quicken loans were able to over ride this decision The underwriters would not So we tried to make phone contact with the solution expert No one calls you back Just a cold unfriendly email saying, "Sorry we can't help you" We wasted months and now the seller wants to put the house back on the market! Thanks a lot Quicken Loans
