Very unreliable and slow to return callsI recently received a letter in the mail soliciting me to refinance my two properties into oneIt seemed like a good move on my part so I decided to call quicken loans to get the process started I spoke with Kyle who was eager to take my personal information such as SS # and tax infoHe then stated he has to go and work on my loan request and will call me back in minutesWell days went by among numerous messages to Kyle at Quicken Loans regarding to at least let me know what is going on...I finally received a call from another loan officer who was apologetic I also own a A+ accredited Revdex.com company and would never think of doing this to any of my clientsI feel that Quicken Loans is to big to fail type of a company therefore can afford to be slow to respond and give the feeling that you are begging for moneyI refused to do business with Quicken Loans and I fired them as my loan providerI decided to just go about what I was doing before I got their letter of solicitation and pay off my debt myself Since the firing of Quicken Loans I have been harassed so much with different loan officers that I had to block their numberIf it continues I will go to the Attorney General and file harassment charges on this company This is an ego driven company preying on people with on the edge creditStay away Small Business Owner
We used QuickenLoan to refianance our homeThe whole process was amazingly smooth! Quicken really has the whole process down to an artTheir website is amazing and simple to useOur Loan Processor was VERY friendly and 'on the spot' with answers to our questionsWe only had to talk on the phone twice and closing was done at our HOME! Quicken has a customer for life with our family! Highly recommended!
I IGNORED THE WARNINGS!!....Even my banker told me to avoid Quicken Loans!! They were calling daily to get the credentials they require It is VERY ironic that QL stopped "being interested" in my business right about when the interest rates went up NO CALLS They say they do not have control over the appraisal, BUT I THINK THEY DO!! The Quicken Loan appraisal was RIDICULOUS It cost me $and a months time!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to share my experience with Quicken Loans When I decided to refinance my mortgage, I picked Quicken because of an advertisement I saw onlineI applied online and was able to attach needed documents very easily A loan officer named Craig called me to help along with the process and make sure exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the refiHe was very nice and helpfulI would definately recomment him and Quicken The loan processors , Melissa and document team were very helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process If I had question or concerns, I just typed them in the online application and they promptly responded by calling or sending me a message via the same method I usedI did do a FHA which required some repairs to my home before the process could be completed but that was beyond their controlThe entire process took about days but that was only because the weather delay the repairs to the houseOnce the follow up inspection was complete, the closing was set and the deal was done I would highly recommend Craig ( [email protected] (800) 774-1933, ext) as a mortgage banker Give him a call
Great experienceI almost lost faith when my house failed inspection, but called back, and we were able to get things worked outNow I have an interest rate that went from to 2.85, new siding(which looks great), new HVAC unit, and a closed loan! The process from first call to finish(including appraisal, reappraisal, uploading of documents, repairs, and closing) took less than two monthsThat's quick enough for me! Only downside was talking to different people almost every day telling them the same thingAngie Weir was greatGive her a raise!
The Quicken Loans Team for my mortgage-Dewayne Kassab and Reba Williams were always accessible, the ease of communicating with them for clarification and requirements definetly expedited the application/approval process.
