I got a call from a representative during that call I was not informed that Quicken Loans was using the information provided to apply for a loan/mortgage on my behalf or to perform a hard pull on my creditQuicken Loans did both The representative simply said he could give me information I was looking for had I been advised of what he was doing to get it I would have said I was not interestedAt not point did I consent to applying for a mortgage or having a hard pull performed on my creditThe representative did bothRegardless of whether it had a small or large impact on my overall score it was not Quicken Loans decision to make on my behalfThe Revdex.com says they can do nothing more to help me because sharing your social implies consent to everything that goes on after the fact
This is my third refinancing with Quicken Loans and they just continue to get better and better each time... Very knowledgeable with all of the information and great staff support always there to help... Keep up the good work... Thanks again for all of your help...

Jon Wozniac approved me for a mortgage. I looked for a house for several months and was about to put in an offer. The new real estate agent I was using was skeptical of quicken loans after their agency had several bad experiences with them through their clients. I spoke to another loan officer and I was missing a key component to allow me to get the mortgage at that time. It was a good thing I didn't put in an offer and I could have lost several thousands of dollars. Till the very end, this man misled me and lied with no remorse, even after I confronted him - he tried to play dumb like the issue was something new going on when I was told by 2 other mortgage people that it has been a requirement for a long time. I will NEVER use this business again and would ask anyone thinking about it to stay away for their own sake.
Quickenloans handled our account with the easiest of effort to make things the best for us. They were good working with us. Everything was handled quickly and in a timely manner.
I have to say, having owned 6 homes this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was with Wells Fargo, for 10 years, whom I have nothing good to say about and Quicken Loans refinanced my loan. From Mike M. in loans to Caitlen as my adviser to everyone along the way was courteous, professional, understanding, helpful and comforting when I did get anxious! I would refer them to anyone and everyone. Also, a very organized company. Even my appraiser said they were the most organized company she had ever worked with. They give you a QL online to follow every step, but if there is a issue, you feel comfortable calling and they encourage you to. Can't say enough!!
The mortgage approval process was incredibly fast. I must say that the broker and all the staff was extremely attentive and responded fast to any all all inquiries. The actual real estate part was horrible but it really had little to do with Quicken and more the seller and appraisal process.
