The mortgage approval process was incredibly fast. I must say that the broker and all the staff was extremely attentive and responded fast to any all all inquiries. The actual real estate part was horrible but it really had little to do with Quicken and more the seller and appraisal process.
This was a quick, easy and pleasant experience I was nervous about refinancing at first, but this went so smoothly and everyone that assisted us were very friendly We especially enjoyed closing day! The lady came to our home, went over the documents with us and was very friendly and personable I will definitely recommend Quicken Loans to my family members and friends
