The representative for this company quoted me loan terms (interest rate, closing costs, etc) on the phone with a specific number for closing costs .They did not send the written document with the terms until there were only a few minutes remaining to lock in the rate The written proposal had closing costs approximately times higher than they quoted me on the phone I would not trust this company
During the last months, I have completed mortgages with Quicken Two for my elderly Uncle and a refinance for myself One loan was in California and the other two in Virginia During the entire process for all, I was always able to reach "the team" so questions were answered promptly Because of the first two, I did a refi on my own home and it was done in less the days Their communication with my Uncle was always respectful even though he has memory loss Thank you for your professional handling of all the mortgages

I had previously tried to get a refinance on my mortgage with no luck until I got a call one evening from a Quicken Loan mortgage specialist Within just a couple of days, my rate was locked in and I was approved I closed my loan a few weeks later and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience I would definitely recommend that you give them a call and see if they can help you too!
This is my second refi with Quicken Loans, they have always been very transparent in their communication and dialogue with me in the closing and refi processI was very pleased with my loan processor Frank and his assistant thank walked me through the closing and title signing portionOnly one issue- the lady that to my house to sign the paperwork could have been a little more friendly and excited about the process- afterall I did accommodate her and meet with her on her schedule since she said that she would be running behind that day closingShe is the only visual face of the company I get to see and would just think she would take that inton account when meeting clientsOtherwise a great process and would recommend Quicken to all my friends
