Outstanding experience! Especially with the regulatory environment we are in with mortgage The Quicken Loans experience was well communicated with no surprises I am pleased and would highly recommend

Quicken Mortgage known as Rocket Mortgage took all my information over phone and after days they said that I was pre-approved for a 90,Loan and not even days before closing they said that they could not do the loan because I have not been in the house that I'm leasing for 6mos then they said they would push the closing of loan back a few months so it will be close to 6mos even knowing I told them I had over a year in rental history, further more they
took a appraisal fee when they push back closing then Mr Eric came and still denied my loan after he inform me that underwriter agree with the loan closing July instead of June I was very upset about the whole process and made to believe my loan was approved and it wasn't

I they made it extremely easy and in thirty days everything was completed and closing was at my house

I wanted to share my experience with Quicken Loans When I decided to refinance my mortgage, I picked Quicken because of an advertisement I saw onlineI applied online and was able to attach needed documents very easily A loan officer named Craig called me to help along with the process and make sure exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the refiHe was very nice and helpfulI would definately recomment him and Quicken The loan processors , Melissa and document team were very helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process If I had question or concerns, I just typed them in the online application and they promptly responded by calling or sending me a message via the same method I usedI did do a FHA which required some repairs to my home before the process could be completed but that was beyond their controlThe entire process took about days but that was only because the weather delay the repairs to the houseOnce the follow up inspection was complete, the closing was set and the deal was done I would highly recommend Craig ( [email protected] (800) 774-1933, ext) as a mortgage banker Give him a call

My experience with Quicken Loans was a great one! I had previously tried to get a refinance on my mortgage with no luck until I got a call one evening from a Quicken Loan mortgage specialist Within just a couple of days, my rate was locked in and I was approved I closed my loan a few weeks later and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience I would definitely recommend that you give them a call and see if they can help you too!

Consumers beware I started my interactions w/ QL back in December of 2017, looking to get a pre-approval for a loan to see how much I could afford, while I did shop around a little, QL did offer me a rate I liked and ultimately I decided they would be a good optionI provided all my financial documents (pay stubs, W2's, bank statements etc.) very promptly and consented to them pulling a credit check During the home search timeframe, someone from QL would reach out nearly every week and constantly remind me to contact them once I found something I was going to be putting an offer in forIn February, I found a home, and as it was new contruction, where we were told the targeted closing timeline would be in Mid-JuneI provided them all sales agreement paperwork, which also outlined a 30-day financing contingency from the time of offer where I deposited $40k, which would be returned if it was known that financing could not be met within the next days, a very crucial windowQL at this time requested updated statements and paystubs which I provided promptly and pulled another credit check Things were progressing smoothly and at the end of April, they ordered the appraisal, which also came in as expected and I was able to lock my interest rateTowards the end of May, the builder was now able to promise a closing date in Mid-June, and QL was promptly notified, it was now about days out At this time QL again, requested updated statements and paystubs which I promptly provided and they pulled another credit check, this time without consent and a few days pass byNext I get a call from QL saying there's an issue w/ my bonus pay (I work for a large tech company that offers a large sibonus and then RSUs), and that this could not be factored in They offered no other resolution than to have someone co-sign the loan, this was not an option for me While I very much understand that they must adhere to their underwriting standards, why did they bring this up just weeks before closing, when they've had my information for nearly 5+ months and none of my information has changed? In every conversation I've had about my pay w/ QL, I've always pointed out the nature of my pay structure, and no one ever bothered to mention that this was going to be an issue, they would brush it off and say they've done loans w/ employees from my company beforeAll the QL representative could do was say he was sorry Later that day an Executive Resolutions Advocate contacted me saying they would do an investigation and that she would get back to in business days She called back in business days as promised, but all they could say was that this was missed/human error that should've been caught ideally during the pre-approval stage and that she was sorryI was now left to scramble weeks before closing and possibly lose out on my $40k deposit, the home I had been set on for the last 3-months, all b/c of their "judgement error"...Way to do your due diligence QL and really screw people and mess with their lives because you don't know how to do you job on the front end Your empty apology means nothing compared to the damage that you've inflicted with no consideration for the customer Lucky another lender came through and go me closed just on time, no thanks to QL

My refinancing took approximately months from initial contact to closing Their WEB Site was easy to understand and use (even for this year old with limited computer experience) A number of documents were required, but were easy to upload via the MYQL page My main contacts, LISA PRICE and ASHLEY DAVIS, both displayed extreme professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process A nice touch was that the closing agent came to my home for the final signing

I had an awesome experience with Quicken LoansIt only took from April 11, till May 31,for our Refinance to be completeVery happy with Quicken Loans and my 2.99% Refinance

I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone needing to procure a loanThey are efficient, keep lines of communication open, keep customer posted each and every step of the wayThey were a true pleasure to do business with and saw that the process ran smoothly
