I refinanced with Quicken in July and found the process to require very little of me, due to the use of e-forms and e-signatures All members of the Quicken team I had contact with were prompt, polite and courteous At that time, I was told that Quicken would be on the lookout for a lower rate in the future and that if a lower rate was available, THEY would contact me Well, here it is months later and Quicken called me up and asked if I'd care to refinance again (FOR FREE) and get the lower rate I closed weeks ago and I can say that once again, I was very satisfied So much so that I bothered to write this review, which is not something I do very often Hats off to Quicken for their spotless performance refinancing my loan...twice!
We have been in the process of a refi with Quicken for about weeks nowThey gave us an approval letter and we had a conference call with them and our current mortgage companyThey had all documentation and were aware of all circumstances prior to their appprovalAfter the approval, they ordered an appraisal and charged us $ Three weeks later they suddenly tell us we aren't going to qualify and we wouldn't be getting our money backThey were aware of the reason for denial weeks before and still allowed us to continue through the appraisal process and pay the $They should have put the brakes on the moment they were told we didn't meet their qualificationsThey just didn't care that we were out money and time due to their shotty, irresponsible business practicesI would never recommend them to anyoneThey're just out for themselves and ripping people off
Everyone involved was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteousMy refinance was successful and I now have a much lower interest rate and mortgage paymentI am very satisfied with Quicken loans
Quicken was great to work with I was able to upload documents online which was very convenient During crucial parts of the process, they checked in with me almost daily to make sure everything was in order Closing on time and ensuring all the figures were correct was extremely important to me and they worked very hard to make sure we were right on track We closed on time and the figures I was quoted were very accurate The only complaint I had is that the amount of documentation required was extensive and things were needed as close as the week before closing which made me feel like things were going to fall through, but we had an FHA loan so there were a lot of extra requirements that were out of Quicken's control Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend them to others
Was not sure how it would work, not having a person to sit down through the process I was very happy, my loan person was always available by phone, and the notary that came to our home was knowledgeable and very professionalWould highly recommend quicken loans
My experience was FANTASTIC, exactly what I was hoping for: the process was easy, “rocket-quick,” up-front, and all documentation & communication easily accessible and available
I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone that is considering the service and I hope to return as repeat-customer when my kids get ready to purchase their first home!
Overall a positive experience My particular loan was a little complicating as it involved Gift of Equity however Sam did a fantastic job making it all come together The process was very streamlined
The people here are very helpful and Quick to respond to any concerns or questions you haveI have used quicken twice this year to finance a house and both times it was very easy and both transactions closed in less than month from start to finish

Everyone was very helpful while going through the process of buying my first home, that is until I got to the last stage and was transferred to the loan specialist She did not contact me once during this process until I finally talked with the person I had been dealing with prior to be transferred to her Trying to contact her was very frustrating for me The rest of my experience was friendly and helpful

For an existing morgtage, Quicken Loans raised my fixed loan rate on meWhen I called to inquire, I was told it will take about a week to investigate
