Initially Quicken was greatDevin Wallis kept us informed about everythingAs things proceeded and our contact person changed again and again, I think something was lostWhen it came to the final reading & agreement of the house purchase contract, the monthly mortgage rate was over $more than what we had been toldWe "figured" that the increase was due to the required flood insurance - and yes, it was - but shouldn't someone have TOLD us about the increase and why? I was very annoyed toward the end!

I had no problems with Quicken Loans personnel or procedures Because of my job, I was often unable to proceed through the process on a timely basis All of the reps I encountered were very patient and understanding None of the things that were asked for were out of line and information flowed very well Thanks to me, it took longer than it should but we closed satisfactorily and I was pleased with the results
I contacted this company wanted to consolidate debt and was assured that they could help and since I used them in the past with great results, I thought it would be the sameI should have known when she asked me for $for a “good faith” hold that I would never see that money againWhen I asked about the loan, one lady said they were drawing up the paperwork and quoted me a price, but when paperwork was produced it was completely differentWhen I questioned it, another person answered, saying not enough to pay off the cardI don’t know how many people jump on that board to answer, but maybe if it were fewer, they would know what was going onThe quoted price was after the appraisal was on the website, I have screen shots of all of it...Of course, I did not go ahead with refinancing since they were not paying off the debt they mentioned, any debt reallyNot happy at all with going further into debt with this company, Won’t use or recommend them ever again

I have nothing bad to say about quickenMy loan officer Alex Cwas super helpful and everyone I've delt with was professionalI had a survey from quicken and the question asked if I was an employer would I hire the individual that just handled my callI think more companies should have that surveyI trusted the people at quicken enough to walk away from my previous real estate agent and they put me in contact with a agent that had a great attitudeIf you have an agent that tries to persuade you to use their lender and complains about your lender for no reason don't walk, run in the opposite direction
