By far, the easiest refinance we have ever done Also, we needed to close early but we were at the lake, and they sent a notary out to us to sign the papers!!! And she was great!!
The process was generally ok, but took too long We had days lead time to get this loan approved and processed, and ended up having to delay closing twice, for a total period of five days due to the failure of Quicken to obtain an appraisal in a timely manner Had we been on a short time frame, this would have been understandable, but given the lead time, is just poor work on Quicken's part
I was very impressed with the quick and organized action that was taken with my re-fi I would recommend Quicken Loans, Incto anyone who would ask Thank you for the service and keep up the good work
