My experience with Quicken Loans when we did our refinance was wonderful, they are fast and very helpful and when you have a question you can call someone and they are always there to help you or someone will call you back right away and answer your question
My experience with Quicken Loans was mixedThe rate I received was very good and all of my initial questions were answered quicklyHowever, it took almost months to finally close on my loan and the projected loan amount fluctuated regularly without a clear explanation as to whyI refinanced my current mortgage so that I can pay it off years earlier but the closing costs seemed pretty high
I've never had a better experience in buying or refinancing on a home All of the agents were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient We also had the added convenience of have the closing in the comfort of our own home We would definitely recommend Quicken Loans to everyone
They did a very good job with the financing of our new homeIt went very well, no major complications and were very helpful in explaining exactly what was needed
I just tried to call Qucken for technical help The man on the phone was impossible to hear and understand: there were multiple people in the same room making phone calls and the man's accent was not comprehensible Very poor technical service

Quicken Loans closed my loan in about two weeks I didn't even think it was possible to process my loan and close so quickly They are efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive I would highly recommend their services
I am a HUGE fan of Quicken Loans We just recently completed our second refinancing with them and both times have found them to be the most organized, professional and personable company I have ever done business with - bar none! There was someone to answer all my questions before I even asked and if I did have a question I got a response by email within minutes and if I called on the phone everyone I spoke with were helpful and either had or got me an answer My personal website was updated everyday so I could track my refi I would and have recommended them to everyone I know who is either buying or refinancing a home My best friend just refinanced with them and had a similar experience as mine LOVE this company! Would only deal with them in the future!

Quicken Loans made refinancing our home a painless process and even contacted us to let us know of the available lower rate I would definitely recommend to others The local notary used for the final paperwork was also very helpful and accommodating
Went to Quicken to refinanceIf you like being told one thing verbally and they turn around and do something else then quicken is the one for youEspecially Shawn AltadonnaOver the phone he told me loan amount was 135,and that one of our bills would be paid off he made it sound all goodThen we get the loan disclosure and it states 138,and the bill he told me they would pay off is not even on thereNothing but liesNow after our appraisal was done our loan is now 142,they are nothing but liars especially Shawn Altadonna, I hate dishonest peopleThey have no conscience they will lie and tell you everything for that moneyI wish I never had to refinance and if I had to do it all over again I wish I had not refinanced with Quicken loans so thanks to quicken loans and for my mom screwing us overI would not recommend them to my worst enemySeriously!!!!! Dishonest and shame on you Shawn Altadonna
We have owned multiple homes throughout our years and I have to say, that Quicken Loan was the smoothest refinance ever!!! We were kept up to date on the progress and the professionalism of the staff was fantastic!!! Plus, when they say Quicken Loans, they are quick and they mean it Our loan closed within days and if we ever need another loan down the road, believe me, QL will be my one and only call
