My experience with quicken was positiveThe process was rough mostly because it was an cha loan and the requirements are dauntingErin was amazing and always available for every question till the endI think Jason who was in charge until closing was also great but when I wanted to bail quickly was ready to dismiss meI then emailed Erin she directed me to someone to keep me on taskThe whole process is not fun but my outcome was great I loved the online experience and being able to use my phone very helpful
I had a Wonderful experience with Quicken LoansI have been told no so many times that I could not refinance my home, so I kind of gave upBUT GOD! I kept getting emails from Quicken Loans about refinancing and I said I'm going to step out on faith and try again I explained my situation and they did everything possible to help meI was able to refinance and they made it so smooth and easy for meThanks to everyone involved I really really appreciate everything you guys did
Did a 30-year traditional home refinance
If you're not tech savvy, you might want to go with a different companyEverything is handled online, and it is all very straightforwardThey give you checkboxes of what they need; you upload it and voila, it's marked as doneI never had to upload anything more than once and nothing ever got lost
I didn't like that I had to speak with different people through the process, but it is what it isEach of the people were respectful and knew what was going on, but you can't help but feel like it's an assembly line
We refinanced out loan while snow birding in California and living in a camperWe had no trouble and everyone was helpful and friendlyThey even came to our camper to closeI would recommend this company to anyone, and I do so
This was by far the easiest process we have experienced Quicken Loan staff were very responsive and always ready to provide us with any information we requested The on-line website was very user friendly We are definitely referring Quicken Loans to friends and family

Everything went great until we got near closingThe closing package had a form in it in someone else's nameWhen I pointed that out, closing was postponed until the issue could be resolvedThe next day the closing was rescheduled, but the incorrect form was still in the closing packageWhen I brought this to their attention a second time, I was basically blown off with words to the effect that closing was scheduled and all necessary forms were thereIt turned out that was trueThe incorrect form was an extraneous formAt closing, I refused to sign it and everything went through just fineWhy couldn't somebody have explained that it was an extraneous form?
We were very happy with the process of our second re-financing with Quicken Loans Everything was completed in a timely manner with a friendly and professional team of mortgage expertsThe process was explained and spelled out in detail Questions were answered in easy to understand details and with information that could be verified
The Quicken Loans Team for my mortgage-Dewayne Kassab and Reba Williams were always accessible, the ease of communicating with them for clarification and requirements definetly expedited the application/approval process
After twenty-five years and purchasing five homes together, we thought we could get a loan for our new home anywhereWe soon realized that a business credit card we’ve had since does not report to a credit agency! So one of us literally has no credit score, while the other has a score of 800+Quicken was willing to work with us from the beginningNow we have our forever home and are so thankful for David K and Jessica D at Quicken/Rocket
