All went very well considering that the house we were selling and the house we were buying both involved Quicken! Great communication all the way thru both processes That said, would recommend having a rep in Savannah GA for us to sign remotely on purchase....Had to travel mile roundtrip (in one day, Sep 6) to sign closing docs two days early as we could not attend closing on Sep due to movers packing and loading Sep We weren't moving a couple of blocks or miles away - we were moving miles away!
I had a Wonderful experience with Quicken LoansI have been told no so many times that I could not refinance my home, so I kind of gave upBUT GOD! I kept getting emails from Quicken Loans about refinancing and I said I'm going to step out on faith and try again I explained my situation and they did everything possible to help meI was able to refinance and they made it so smooth and easy for meThanks to everyone involved I really really appreciate everything you guys did
My experience with quicken was positiveThe process was rough mostly because it was an cha loan and the requirements are dauntingErin was amazing and always available for every question till the endI think Jason who was in charge until closing was also great but when I wanted to bail quickly was ready to dismiss meI then emailed Erin she directed me to someone to keep me on taskThe whole process is not fun but my outcome was great I loved the online experience and being able to use my phone very helpful
It started out pretty good Paper
work was minimal Salesperson first tells me no appraisal and PM I then back tracks on the appraisal and says one is needed Appraisal comes in Never hear from anyone at Rocket about the appraisal and any impact to my loan Notary comes out to sign closing docs and I notice PMI included No one discussed the addition of PMI insurance I call the # listed in the Cancel document The Customer Relations department takes my issue and says they will research but it's Friday afternoon in Detroit so I won't hear from anyone until Monday I dont feel comfortable with that as I only have days to cancel the loanI call the loan servicing center in PhoenixThe loan Operations Manager said a Director will call me next morning I don't hear back from anyone for days as they are closed during the weekend for customers who are in the closing process I have to initiate calls on Monday late morning as no one has called me ywt I call Customer Relations in Detroit and they tell me they only have one director and they are out to lunch!
I call the loan servicing center in Phoenix and finally speak to a Director The Director and I work out a somewhat financially agreeable compromise to the PMI Then I ask for hard copies of all docs and see another error affecting title I'm told again how sorry they are and they are going to do a deep dive into my loan to find any other improvements
This was very stressful for me Therefore I don't recommend using this company I will say that once I was able to talk to the right people, they responded well But Rocket doesn't make it easy for the consumer to find the right people to resolve their issues
Submitted a request online for information and was contacted by a senior loan officer Mike Harri-DuarteI provided some personal details including SS# without my permission he ran my credit, when I inquired why this was done without my consent he told me that it was implied consentI have dealt with several organizations in the past and have never had my credit accessed without my approvalThis company is unscrupulous and wont get my business
The entire process was well explained, and I received excellent customer service in answering my questions Documents were only requested once, and handoffs between departments were well explained and smooth

Where do I start I did a refinance and I contacting three company's to get quotes Once I reviewed them Quicken Loans was the most attractive offer of the three Just in life I was busy for a few weeks after I received a call from Jennifer from the Michigan office wanting to reach out and talk with me to make sure Quickens was not going to loose an opportunity This was on a Friday She sent everything to my portal and I was going to review it Saturday I did and we talked I actually signed the documents to start the process Jennifer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, great attitude and sense of humor and very focused to my needs and concerns regarding the figures and details of the loan She was utmost incredible to work with Of the past homes I have purchased This was the best experience I have ever had Alania was the next person I was assigned to I cannot speak enough about her as well She kind, professional, prompt, attentive, extremely customer oriented and a delight to work with They both are great assets to Quicken Loans!!!!! I tell everyone what a great experience I have had with your company and staff I hope to send you more business Your company deserves it! I would refer them to anyone and everyoneAlso, a very organized companyEven my appraiser said they were the most organized company she had ever worked withThey give you a QL online to follow every step, but if there is a issue, you feel comfortable calling and they encourage you toCan't say enough!!
