All around great experience with all team members of Quicken
They always kept in contact and answered any questions we had quickly

Great Experience, everyone was so friendly and helpful

Fast, painless, easy Good customer relations

Not single issue I got declined with my current bank Wells Fargo (who my current mortgage was with, and I bank with them regularly) I was doing a refinance with an equity cash out for remodeling QL was excellent from the very beginningI read all the negative reviewsI told them flat out what I read and what my concerns withI checked my paperwork each and every time throughout the process and saw no errors The whole process took just under days (right on schedule!) It was very easy to submit paperwork to them online, very easy to communicate with someone on the phone, email, txt etc and they never waited on me and I never really waited on them It was quite fast I liked that their website showed how each thing I submitted was being reviewed, and approved etc I couldn't have asked for a smoother process Oh and their rates and cash out was higher than what Wells Fargo tried to offer me and their fees were lower The closing process was easy, the person showed up on time and we were done in less than min
I'm extremely happy with QL and I really like how their site transitioned to my loan/monthly payment format after closing It's far easier to read than Wells Fargo's site and it's broken down to see how different parts of your payment are used

Overall good but had two very bad experiences with the people assigned their communication skills were terrible causing me to resubmit countless documents because they did not communicate the request for documents in an effective fashionVery frustrating the second one not very nice either telling me ugmfvi want go get my mortgage from some other firmThe third one was great and sermlessly brought us to closingI asked them to give me a credit on closing costs because of ow bad the first couple of wells wereThey rejected my request

Where do I start I did a refinance and I contacting three company's to get quotes Once I reviewed them Quicken Loans was the most attractive offer of the three Just in life I was busy for a few weeks after I received a call from Jennifer from the Michigan office wanting to reach out and talk with me to make sure Quickens was not going to loose an opportunity This was on a Friday She sent everything to my portal and I was going to review it Saturday I did and we talked I actually signed the documents to start the process Jennifer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, great attitude and sense of humor and very focused to my needs and concerns regarding the figures and details of the loan She was utmost incredible to work with Of the past homes I have purchased This was the best experience I have ever had Alania was the next person I was assigned to I cannot speak enough about her as well She kind, professional, prompt, attentive, extremely customer oriented and a delight to work with They both are great assets to Quicken Loans!!!!! I tell everyone what a great experience I have had with your company and staff I hope to send you more business Your company deserves it! It actually has been an unbelievable, quick process and the least stress or pressure I have ever had in purchasing or doing a refinance I made a great choice to whom I gave my business to I am very pleased with everything from the start to the finish I could never say that in my past experiences

Quiicken Loan staff (Lauren Love) was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and able to complete the entire process with minimum additional delays or costs, I am most pleased with the process and the results

I had a positive experience refinancing my mortgage with Quicken LoansThe process was seemlessly done on line with representatives checking in so often to make dure all was going wellI will not hesitate to refer s friend or family to Quicken LoansI will definetly do more business with Quicken Loans

Our experience with Quicken Loans during the summer of was like a sandwich with really excellent bread, but a really really crappy center
The "opener" we had was Clint Mand he was wonderful! He answered all our questions in a more than timely manner, and didn't make us feel dumb for having first time home buyer questions and concernsHe was extremely friendly and had customer service skills that went above and beyond my expectations
The "middle" of the sandwich was Heather BShe only answered questions during working hours (which wouldn't have really been a complaint, but Clint set the bar too high) and a lot of times I felt my questions were dumbWhenever she answered the phone with "This is heather, whom am I speaking with?" I cringed because it just felt so impersonalI felt like a number
My husband and I wanted to up our closing date by a few days due to a training my husband was going to attend (and because Clint set the bar too high and mentioned this was a possibility!) and her and her team did not seem to try at all to make this happenThere were problems with the title from the title company yet no one from her office reached out to the title company until my realtor asked what the hold up wasThen, they would only speak to one person (it's a small office in North Dakota, anyone will do) which delayed the process due to summer vacationsHeather also told me there was no way we could close earlier than days from submitting all the paperwork, even though she knew we needed to up our date
Lastly, Heather and her team did not seem to communicate wellThere were a few times when I had talked to someone from her team earlier but Heather had no idea and it would take hours (or more) to get that worked outThat was unacceptable to me
Now comes the "closer," KrystalShe was PHENOMENAL as well, just like Clint! We finally got all of our paperwork in on the 20th of June and Heather told me that Krystal needed a few days to get paperwork in order and would contact me by late the 22ndI received a phone call from her first thing on the 21st and she asked if we wanted to move our closing date up, as stated in the notesI asked her about the ten-day rule I had been notified of perviously and she had no idea what that wasBy 4pm the 21st, we had everything in order to close on Monday the 27th
All in all, I would use quicken loans again strictly because of the bread of the sandwichI do think, however, their insides need some work

We have been very pleased with Quicken: the people we dealt with explained everything clearly, answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly, and delivered everything as promised

My wife and I have experienced very positive customer service through out the refinance process When we had questions they were answered clearly and quickly
We would absolutely use them again

This company excels in incompetence My husband applied for a VA loan and told the initial loan officer that he had a foreclosure in She advised that he was qualified for the VA loan and that he should pay the Quicken fee of $to proceed with processing the loan About a week and a half later, we learned that the loan would not go through because the date of completion of the foreclosure was three months shy of VA's requirements, information that should have been available to a competent loan officer during the initial interview and application Of course, Quicken Loans feels the $fee we paid is not due back to us, although they did not provide us with the services for which we contracted, and they were incompetent in their handling of the initial loan application process I advise anyone looking for a home loan to avoid this company at all costs
