I did not have a positive experience this time around I had refinanced for a home equity loan and they asked me for duplicate documents, multiple times, kept delaying the process for requesting the same thing over and over and took more than 3months to refi a loan already held with quicken loans Then the clerk who was suppose to close did not show and did not call delaying more days In the end QL did come through but after I was really agitated and angry with them I almost stopped the process at the closing because of frustration I got a call from customer service rep is the only thing that made me reconsider
I was so stressed with gathering the paper workIt was a very busy time for me to start the processI was in conventions and had to everyday send in something for daysI felt very stressedI knew my credit was good and could get the refinancing doneI have mixed feeling with some on the team .Hats off to MrDentand Misha SimmondsI will give them an A

Like most things that you do in life something can go wrongSuch was the case with my Quicken loan process When my appraisal was done things were required to be repaired I became upset and took it personallyBut because this company is so well organized, when I voiced my complaint they had the right person to call meThis man explained to me very calmly and with much wisdom and concern why these requirements were made of meHe even offered a refund if things were done wrongly in the companyI agreed to the repairs,(took my time) and made themNow I have a beautiful home that I am proud of with a mortgage that has a lower monthly note At first I was upset (like many of those who are making complaints on this company), then I begin to think as I was talking to the guy…This is a COMPANY and they are in businessThey want to remain in business The things they are asking me to do are in my favor My loan process was longer than I thought it would be, but it was entirely up to me I chose to take my time and make my repairs This company was very kind to me, especially Bobby GravesI suggest that you keep a positive attitude
Most of my experience with quicken loans was greatIt was simple to upload all of my documents online, and the bankers that I worked with were very communicativeThe only negative was with the closing specialist, who wasn't as informative, and also made a few errors
My wife and I were very pleased with Quicken LoansThe young man who assisted us from the beginning very professional and knowledgeableHe is why this was all done I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for MortgageThank you again for making this such an easy process

Everything went great until we got near closingThe closing package had a form in it in someone else's nameWhen I pointed that out, closing was postponed until the issue could be resolvedThe next day the closing was rescheduled, but the incorrect form was still in the closing packageWhen I brought this to their attention a second time, I was basically blown off with words to the effect that closing was scheduled and all necessary forms were thereIt turned out that was trueThe incorrect form was an extraneous formAt closing, I refused to sign it and everything went through just fineWhy couldn't somebody have explained that it was an extraneous form?
