During the last months, I have completed mortgages with Quicken Two for my elderly Uncle and a refinance for myself One loan was in California and the other two in Virginia During the entire process for all, I was always able to reach "the team" so questions were answered promptly Because of the first two, I did a refi on my own home and it was done in less the days Their communication with my Uncle was always respectful even though he has memory loss Thank you for your professional handling of all the mortgages
The customer service was fine, but many times not all the information was disclosed when it should have beenThe process was quick, but one of the agents was a little too quick and demanding about how fast they wanted us to gather and submit personal informationThe deadlines were a bit too rigid for meThere are still things that I do not understand about my loan
I was referred to Quicken by a colleague, and couldn't be happier with my home loan processHaving everything online and being able to upload documents made getting info the them convenient and easyMy phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and someone checked in with me at least once a weekI always knew where we were in the process and what the next steps wereNo complaints from myself or my realtor, and the listing agent even said at closing how impressed she was with Quicken as a mortgage lender
I almost hung up on a Quicken associate, but Jon said something that made me try one more timeI could not believe that a refinance could be done so quickly and efficiently on lineIt took less than a month to close my loanI paid off my second mortgage and another loan and saved $a month in paymentsI can now have my mortgage payments to Quicken through automatic deductions from my bank on the first of every month My life has changed by giving Quicken a chance to help me
My experience with QL has been fantastic Process was really smooth and fast All information is clearly stated on the portal they create with identifying information regarding status of the loan No secrets or hidden information Everything is explained upfront Personalized service - minute closing at the location of your choice Would recommend and use them again if needed

I applied for refi under VA loan, allowing to take 100% if he equity out if the house, my house appraised at 320K, but the loan was for only 330K, shorten me 20K, why why why, if it appraised at 290K, would they have refi 300K, hell no, so why then was I cheated out of 20K ????
For first time home buyers, our experience was above and beyond what we expectedI applied online with Ronnie Smith and he was very professional and patient with my many questions first time home buyers haveI feel with the service he provided us and courtesy he can only move up in the organization
Tyler Barkley did an outstanding job finding us the perfect realtor who knew everything there was to know about FHA standards when purchasing a homeHe was also very prompt in checking in on us to ensure we were getting the best out of the realtor they selected
Taylor Johnson did a great job during the second step in our loan processShe was very patient with us when I called many times leaving messages for questions I had about the loan process
Overall, each person I came in contact with was very professional, patient, and courteous from day oneThis process takes work and time from both the home buyer and loan providersWe started with Quicken Loans in October 2015, and closed in February so for everyone reading this review, be patient and do your homework ( upload all necessary documents needed) and it will work out great for you:)
