We just closed on our second mortgage refinance with Quicken loansBoth times we have experienced wonderful customer service which made the process so much simpler and smoother than in previous mortgage closings We never experienced any problems with our previous loan in the years or so that we had it I like that much of the documentation processing is done online, but I still had no problem calling and talking to a person immediately if I had any questionsThank you, Quicken Loans!

I was referred to Quicken by a colleague, and couldn't be happier with my home loan processHaving everything online and being able to upload documents made getting info the them convenient and easyMy phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and someone checked in with me at least once a weekI always knew where we were in the process and what the next steps wereNo complaints from myself or my realtor, and the listing agent even said at closing how impressed she was with Quicken as a mortgage lender

Very professional company that helped me secure a substantial loan in literally days Their team worked around the clock to get my materials in order Obviously, I was organized and had documents at the ready, but Quicken's execution was exemplary, particularly where I was having problems with a different provider dragging their feet I could not have been more happy with the experience...and my wife loves her new home
Getting a mortgage is never an entirely easy experience, is it? That said, QL did an awful good job Perfect? No But it was as easy as such an onerous transaction can be, I think Not sure it was the cheapest option either, but as an investment mortgage, I did not have a lot of choices

My loan officer Tawanna Cartwright was great, I went with a fha loan, they are a little picky, the home has to be in near perfect shape,which was better for me.and it took a little more time due to peeling paint on a side entry door on the garage,and a energy efficient barrier to be pulled down and re installed for pictures to be taken by the second appraiser, which is why it took a little more time waiting for them to come back out to the home, but other than that it went pretty smooth with everything like documents and paperwork being done with my laptop and scanner/printer it was pretty easy
Great, I am pleased quicken loans wanted a mold inspection in the basement, after viewing the photosWe found mold and had it removed, ( health is wealth) thanks Rich G
I had to cancel the loan, due to numbers not being what they said they would beThe agent said to sign the security deposit but that we wouldn't run the deposit, ( I should have known better than to trust him) they withdrew the funds from the accountAfter the loan was withdrawn, they refused to give the good faith discount back in a timely fashionThey took the money quick but when it was time to give it back they sure do take their time Have requested escalations to get it back, and all I get is an automated response

The amount of paper work and documents that they wanted was way over the top
In the end we got it resolved but I nearly walked away from the deal
