The reason I chose Quicken Loans was because of having lower interest rates than other companies l was lucky to work with people that knew what they were doing, especially MrJake DittoeHe helped me so much and I am very grateful They have a promotion right now of no closing costs, which unfortunately I did not get, but someone right now has that opportunitySo act quick and call them and ask for JakeI highly recommend this company
My overall impression as it relates to this refinance loan process has been neutralI base this on the fact that I had some good and not so good impressions as to the competency of the people I communicated withI am not sure who is supposed to know what informationI question that because I received different answers to the same question
I got cash out from a refinance and all went smooth with thatNow I am waiting for my escrow balance from the previous loan to be deposited in the account I provided to and move forward
Once the money is put in my account when I was told it would and things go smoothly, I will have a better overall outlook with the company, although at this point I am somewhat skeptical because of inconsistent information, but am optimistic things will get taken care of in a timely manner
I absolutely LOVE Quicken LoansHave refinanced times with themAlways friendly, extremely helpful reps like Ronald McRae, Alejando "Alex" Sanchez and Dana TumerkanThe only thing I'm not to crazy about is having to do a SURVEY EVERYTIME I ask a questionBut then again, I understand that you need to constantly know that your employees are friendly and helpful
Inconsistent experience - first person I talked to was great, but I had to jump off the phone for another call Second person I talked to was totally condescending, slow to respond and made even the conversation painful We're under contract, this was the 5th lender I'd spoken to, and given the experience, we're not going with Quicken Loans
Quicken Loans (QL) responsiveness is impressiveI entered something online and was immediately contactedI decided to go with QL after checking with my current lender for a RefiThe process was quick and my only concern was the amount of emails and texts and calls I was getting whenever QL needed something - it was overkill and at times annoyingMy only complaint - I had to do a split closing due to my spouse being temporarily out of stateI was informed about a $fee for the split closing late in the gameThe fee to me was a nuisance fee QL should absorb given the amount of interest I will eventually pay to them
Great experienceI almost lost faith when my house failed inspection, but called back, and we were able to get things worked outNow I have an interest rate that went from to 2.85, new siding(which looks great), new HVAC unit, and a closed loan! The process from first call to finish(including appraisal, reappraisal, uploading of documents, repairs, and closing) took less than two monthsThat's quick enough for me! Only downside was talking to different people almost every day telling them the same thingAngie Weir was greatGive her a raise!

I had a good experience with Quicken LoansThey listened to what I wanted and what I needed and they did just thatThe whole team helped me during the process
I had the best experience with Quicken Loans They took all of my information, and gave me an approval the same day They asked for a few documents, and my loan was closed in about days I closed the loan in the comfort of my own home, which was great, because I sometimes get home from work late Everyone that handled my refinance were very courteous, and always kept us abreast of what was going on with the loan I would definitely use Quicken Loans again, and will also refer them to all of my friends
I love the process that is totally on-line driven except for the final signing which was done at my home (another plus)My only negatives were 1) my closing was delayed by days because the notary was not provided the correct documents needed for my wife to sign which in turn required that I make another house payment which in-turn means I am paying yr interest on $because that was not subtracted from my previous loan balance (although I'll be reimbursed from my bank for the payment my balance on the loan is higher than it should be.) 2) I informed my initial contact person at QL that I did not want costs rolled into my loan and instead would pay cash for closing costsBecause the QL process handed me off to different people at each phase, my request was not passed along and costs ended up in the loan so I required they reprocess IAW my requestWhich they did but again it delayed the process
