Rocket Mortgage and Quicken Loans made it VERY EASY for me to refinance at a low rate, I couldn't believe how easy and quick it wasThey were so helpful and fast to respond with any questions I had (and yes I had several)
You do have to do some work on your end, you will spend a little time uploading the documents they need, but you would have to do that anywhere you go for a loan or Re-finance
The Team that worked with me was VERY, VERY HELPFUL, the loan was funded without any issues and the money was in my account in just under weeks, INCREDIBLE!!!!!
If I had to do it again, I WOULD NOT CHANGE A THING!!

We were very happy with the process of our second re-financing with Quicken Loans Everything was completed in a timely manner with a friendly and professional team of mortgage expertsThe process was explained and spelled out in detail Questions were answered in easy to understand details and with information that could be verified
We refinanced our mortage to get rid of PMI, and to switch to a year mortageI own several properties and this was by far the easiest loan process I have ever been throughIt was easy, fast, and their UI made submitting documents a breezeMy favorite part was they were up front about everythingIt was a wonderful experience
Do NOT give this company phone your number, they will not leave you alone and probably sell all your info to marketers!
I was looking for a quick on what a year mortgage would look likeQuicken Loans had an ad that said something like "mortgage calculator" and if you enter in your mortgage info, you'll receive a quote or rough estimate
That's not what happened
Within an hour my phone is won't stop ringingI provided an email tooI haven't received one emailFinally I pick up the call and politely say:
"I'm not prepared to speak with anyoneI wanted an online quote and would prefer to not receive any more calls."
They calls will still NOT stop
People fill out form and do other things online because they don't always want to talk to someone
This is getting to the point of harassment
FYII actually have a real, active, mortgage with quicken loansThe rates were good, but the experience was pretty badOur mortgage officer or whatever you call them couldn't spell to save her life and her LinkedIn resume says she went to Cornell I didn't know there was a Cornell CollegeThere were a few other unethical things that happened at closing - you can private message me for that story
Bottom line: Don't give quicken loan or rocket your numberEVER
I would try avoid using them for your mortgage loans as wellGoogle Quicken Loans and Department of Justice if you're bored
I want to share my experience with Quicken Loans I started the refinance of my home on December 22nd and was able to close on my refinance by January 19th The process was quick and very easy All of the people that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful If I could not find something they were there to help locate the form that was online They answered any and all questions within hours of me asking This has been the best experience I have ever had in dealing with mortgages
This is my third refinancing with Quicken Loans and they just continue to get better and better each time Very knowledgeable with all of the information and great staff support always there to help Keep up the good work Thanks again for all of your help
