Quicken loans was great to work with, they were very helpful and patient with me when I had some issues with my getting a clean well reportthey kept in touch with me and made sure I was getting the information I neededRepeatedly checking with me to see what was happening with my proceduresThey also kept me informed as to what I needed to provide with documents
Best experience buying a houseProfessional and transparentThe online application used to manage the process was easy to use and intuitiveThe staff were very professional and knowledgeableCustomer service was always very promptIt felt like purchasing a house was truly a team effort with everybody pitching in to make it happen

I refinanced my existing loan that I had with Quicken Loans because I had such a great experience with them in the past Everything that you see in their commercials on TV is exactly trueQuicken honors the commitment that they promiseI am in awe of the professionalism, service and integrity of everyone with whom I have come in contact with at Quicken LoansThey truly are amazing as promised!

Rocket Loans by Quicken loans is a bunch of hourly rate kids "playing" grown ups They will not go "out of the box" to help
They fully understood my problem as my income is from a Chinese company and I do not have a "pay stub" to show them
I did however, send them a bank advise for my monthly wire from my bank showing my income (two months and offered several more months) While they understood this was my income and said they saw it, their system would not accept anything else than a pay stub or deposit stub Well as we all know, a monthly incoming wire from my employer in China is a deposit stub They system kicked it out, the supervisor said she could not over-ride I suppose if you don't work for Wal-Mart and have a weekly pay check, you make too much for their system Is! Good luck dealing with this kind of mentality aka "Yes I agree with you, but the system does not."
I want to say everything went very smooth except for just one thing , solar panel forms had to be sent over n over but everything else was smoothHector was greatHe always answered me at the end of it all I asked him to send me hard copies of my closing docs , In no time my docs were at my door.thsnk you Hector So all in all, great service and closed I less time than I thought

AWFUL EXPERIENCE They DO NOT LISTEN to customers We were on a relocation program, so they assigned us a "relocation specialist," but in the end the numbers were all jumbled without sufficient detail for my relocation company to cover on reimbursement Did not listen to us when we explained the details of our situation, causing endless rewrites and countless delays For example they had to rewrite our closing agreement three times and still didn't get it right even after we pointed it out Then we told them not to rewrite it as closing was the next day Their lawyer showed up (late) with a new addendum even though they were expressly told not to Awful They are either too big to listen any longer or just too big to care Every time I hear Jay Farner claim they're engineered to amaze I'm insulted
This is the second time I have used Quicken & I have been pleased both timesThe process was fast, pain free & all of the employees I worked with were greatThey got me answers quickly & always made sure I was satisfiedI have referred others to Quicken & they have also been very pleased
I love the process that is totally on-line driven except for the final signing which was done at my home (another plus)My only negatives were 1) my closing was delayed by days because the notary was not provided the correct documents needed for my wife to sign which in turn required that I make another house payment which in-turn means I am paying yr interest on $because that was not subtracted from my previous loan balance (although I'll be reimbursed from my bank for the payment my balance on the loan is higher than it should be.) 2) I informed my initial contact person at QL that I did not want costs rolled into my loan and instead would pay cash for closing costsBecause the QL process handed me off to different people at each phase, my request was not passed along and costs ended up in the loan so I required they reprocess IAW my requestWhich they did but again it delayed the process
I started my loan application with Quicken Loans in February and the entire process was completed by the end of March with approval and closing!!! Totally pain free! My agents were very helpful and knowledgeable! No wonder Quicken Loans wins the J.DPower Award!
