During the last months, I have completed mortgages with Quicken Two for my elderly Uncle and a refinance for myself One loan was in California and the other two in Virginia During the entire process for all, I was always able to reach "the team" so questions were answered promptly Because of the first two, I did a refi on my own home and it was done in less the days Their communication with my Uncle was always respectful even though he has memory loss Thank you for your professional handling of all the mortgages
My loan officer Tawanna Cartwright was great, I went with a fha loan, they are a little picky, the home has to be in near perfect shape,which was better for me.and it took a little more time due to peeling paint on a side entry door on the garage,and a energy efficient barrier to be pulled down and re installed for pictures to be taken by the second appraiser, which is why it took a little more time waiting for them to come back out to the home, but other than that it went pretty smooth with everything like documents and paperwork being done with my laptop and scanner/printer it was pretty easy
I was referred to Quicken by a colleague, and couldn't be happier with my home loan processHaving everything online and being able to upload documents made getting info the them convenient and easyMy phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and someone checked in with me at least once a weekI always knew where we were in the process and what the next steps wereNo complaints from myself or my realtor, and the listing agent even said at closing how impressed she was with Quicken as a mortgage lender

My Loan Coordinator was fabulous The team came through in the end I was a little disappointed and concerned when it didn't close in days, but the rate still held and everything went on as planned, just a few days late I'd do it again
I just want to remind companies that not all people have Internet and it is harder to work with companies that expect a customer to always have internetThey need to be ableffective to help better without the internet
I have actually refinanced our home times with Quicken LoansThe first two times were amazing and very efficient and convenientThis time took over monthsEach time someone called it was something completely differentEither I had too much debt or they didn't notice new loans that were taken out (which was done in April for a new business and we started the loan process in September)I finally was able to close at the end of November
Process was easy and they communicated very well Being able to do almost all online was very good The added bonus was them sending a notary to my house for closing which only took about minutes
Would recommend them
