Fitness Evolution has removed the member from collections and the balance that was showing on her account has been cleared. Thank you.

The member came into the club back in May of 2014 and mentioned she was closing her checking account and she would come up with another method of payment. The club has never received a cancellation notice, or has the staff made any notes that she wanted to cancel. Member was sent an email in March...

2015 alerting her to the balance still due on her account. The club never received updated billing information or method of payment.

The member was informed that when she sent the certified letter in that the balance on the account must be paid in full and 30 days notice given. The member did not agree to pay at that time. Our office has spoken with her regarding this matter.

cancellation. We can settle the account and remove it from collections if the member makes payment for $25 termination fee that was initially declined and caused the account to stay active.

I would also like this not to effect her in the future if she does want to set up her own account at this facility.

On 5/11 we received a certified letter to cancel the membership. Her last months dues were drafted on 5/15. All charges prior to the cancellation are valid. Thank you.

At this time I'm not able to issue a refund as all those charges are valid charges on the account.  There is a $5 processing fee when there is a credit card on file, all of our fees are disclosed on the agreement that is signed by members.  I do apologize for the Manager not getting back...

I am rejecting this response because:My membership was supposed to be cancelled on 11/5/2016 with no more charges. I was informed that the two payments I made in September and October would cover the entire cost for my personal training through November 5, 2016. My bank account was charged a THIRD time after 11/5/16 for $348 for services I did not want nor have I received. I want a refund for $348 that I did not authorize, but your team member, [redacted], signed me up for. My personal trainer, [redacted], was under the impression as well that I was only being charged until 11/5/16 and NO SERVICES AFTER! I also spoke to your team member [redacted] who said this was done to his mom and numerous other clients as well. [redacted] signed them up for contracts they did not want.I have contacted your business several times since I have filed this claim and I keep getting the run around. I am given wrong phone numbers for people "who can help me" and email addresses as well. I just want my money back for services I did not want nor receive.
