Fiverr is a BULLY!!!!!!!! I am done speaking to a "business" that is beneath me. I no longer wish to associate myself with Fiverr. Due to this severe lack, in too many areas to address here, I will no longer be going back and forth again and just look for a call from my attorney. I care about my business reputation which Fiverr is attacking with unfounded (LIES) accusations about the really matter at hand, these ridiculous and unnecessarily aggressive actions, no PRESENTATION of evidence (because there is none), and the lack of integrity I have seen in this matter. I decline Fiverr's non offer! DO NOT send this back again for a response as I am done and will be in touch with an attorney to seek absolution.

We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint. We noticed she has an active ticket request #[redacted] since yesterday, where we explained to her why the order could not be canceled. The seller has already delivered the work which she was happy with and she disputed the order while waiting for some...

revisions. (This all happened within one day). Disputing an order is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and by opening a dispute the account is automatically suspended. The dispute is still open with [redacted] and we ask that [redacted] close the dispute and continues to communicate with us in her ticket request. We are happy to assist with a satisfactory resolution.

Although it is a step in the right direction for Fiverr to finally be admitting that (1) I did not receive what I ordered, (2) the quality was extremely poor, and (3) they are investigating the threat made against me by their seller, this was not their position when I attempted to deal with them directly.  This was not their position until I'd filed complaints with the Revdex.com, Federal Trade Commission, and Washington State Attorney General's Office.Fiverr continues to request that I cancel the [redacted] dispute in order to receive a refund.  I am not comfortable cancelling this dispute given (1) Fiverr's immediate punitive actions against me for reporting their seller, (2) the fact that I did not receive a favorable response until I'd filed a [redacted] dispute, Revdex.com complaint, and contacted the Federal Trade Commission and Washington State Attorney General's Office, and (3) my concerns that upon cancelling the [redacted] dispute Fiverr may refuse to issue a refund.Fiverr has the option to approve the refund with [redacted] in their response to the [redacted] dispute.  It is not necessary that I cancel the dispute in order to receive a refund.  Their continued demands that I cancel the dispute, rather than their choosing to authorize the refund via [redacted], leave me without confidence that, if the dispute were to be cancelled, Fiverr will provide the requested refund.Given these concerns, I prefer to leave the dispute in the hands of [redacted] and their buyer protection guidelines.  The appropriate action, at this point, would be for Fiverr to approve the refund via [redacted].

 The so called change that you are referring to is a translation, which is not part of the gig description. There is a difference betweenproofreading and translation. You are siding with the bully and you do need to compensate me for the amount refunded. I expect to be paid for my work.

This is a false accusation. I requested the editing of the paper and not writing of the paper, which was promised to me by the seller. Also, the funds were not returned. I need a proof of the refund. I called my bank today and there was no refund processed as of today!

We have also gone ahead an added $50 in his Shopping Balance as a token of appreciation for all the inconveniences. Doing so may get your account temporarily disabled to investigate possible security violations. Note: once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.In the event that a buyer or seller encounters an issue related to the service provided in an order, you are encouraged to use the Site's dispute resolution tools to attempt to resolve the matter.If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to the buyer’s shopping balance.Fiverr does not automatically refund payments made for cancelled orders back to your payment provider. First, let me start off by saying my gig on Fiverr clearly states my services is for "ONLY ONE MONTH" not five months. The buyer Esther D[redacted] could not afford my services so I offered for her to pay in 2 parts, however, on since Fiverr dissected my messages to Esther it seems they only gave the parts that only benefited her. My message to Estehr saying I was late was not actually because I was late it was because the gig was in 2 parts. If Fiverr had read throughout the message threads they would have seen that the buyer was extremely picky about themes that she wanted. Let's not mention the buyer left me a 5-star review. The service I offer is to "Monetize Websites" NOT to DESIGN. The buyer had an outdated site with images content all over the place. I offered to swap her current theme out for FREE and add one that's more suitable to be monetized. I went through a dozen of themes but the buyer was unhappy because she was very picky. In the web monetization business, there are certain things that need to be in place, one example was images on the site needs to be the same with but, when I told the buyer that she mentioned that her writing will not do that and she has to pay more to have images with the right dimensions. Additionally, I told the buyer on multiple occasions lets "Monetize" the site before we worry about the nitpicking. I guess fiverr forget to mention that. Also when I said "I am done" I lterally meant I was done because the buyer was too picky. There are probably a few hundred messages going back and fourth with Esther at all hours of the evening. I have 2 little kids but always responded and fixed whatever issues she had. AdditionalyFurther more fiverr mentioned I was informed why my account was restricted, nonsense. see below response from customer service. Hi there,Thank you for contacting us. I was never told what the issue, is fiverr automatically assumed the buyer was correct but, for 5 months of service, I get zero dollars? Also fiverr - you say not providing a service is Fraud? I think you should double check to see who is actually providing fraud to its sellers. This not a breach of Fiverr's T&C's if the buyer leaves a 5-star positive review.  What does that mean? simply put Fiverr took it upon themselves to refund the client without notifying me or asking for my opinion. The buyer got valuable information which is part of my service. For 5 months of work, I will fight this to the bitter end.
Fiverr keeps on mentioning Fraudulent work which is basically accusing me of cheating and not providing a service to the buyer. Keep in mind there has been steady communication with the buyer for 5 months and constantly working on things she needed. As I stated the buyer wanted things beyond my skill set, she should have canceled the gig within the 1-month time frame NOT 5 months later) The only one committing fraud is Fiverr and have no remorse for its sellers the same sellers who make Fiverr. Fiverr says "buyer Complaints" which means 1 person. The email sent to me by fiverr was just a big Joke, there was no explanation as to who was complaining or what they were complaining about. The email basically says check my messages. Thats it! Where is the communication? I had to file a complain to Revdex.com to recieve a response from Fiverr.Once again review the work was done and provided to the client here http://accessorizedlife.com/. I provided a service to the client and although fiverr has their T&C's to favor the buyer even tho work was provided the New York Labor laws say otherwise. As I've stated before I've have gone ahead and reached out to multiple news outlets as well as an online petition to stop Fiverr from its unethical practices to its sellers.

 I apologize for the miss understanding about this complaint against Fiverr, Inc. I realize after the fact about their terms of services and if I broke the terms of services agreement it was not intentionally. Once I am able to access my funds available I promise I will close this complaint as resolved and issue a full press wire release that Fiverr, Inc. are a legit business platform and everyone should join. I really believed in this platform and tried my best but still feel that it should have been handled a different way. I am asking that Fiverr,Inc. should review their policy and change it to be seller friendly and not buyer friendly only. It should be transparent and mutual to all complaints. Because with all the services they sponsor it should be that way. Contact me back after May1 and ask me then about the resolve this complaint.

After further review, we noticed that [redacted] opened a ticket request to our Customer Support team, ticket #[redacted] regarding the $6 transaction. As of April [redacted] this issue has been resolved and [redacted], $6 payment was refunded back to her...
